EXCELLENT SERVICE FAST & EFFICIENT, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN

MARY WHITE

This is the first time I've purchased from this company and it was a smooth pleasant transaction. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service is excellent.

Very speedy delivery time, and the delivery slot was changed to suit us. However, somebody needs to look over the assembly instructions for these products - particularly concerning the drawers and the runners. The diagrams were of a very poor quality and difficult to make out even with a magnifying glass, and either the holes were in the wrong place, or the left and right mixed up. I have assembled lots of furniture, and these instructions were by far the worst. This spoiled an otherwise very good first impression of the company. Also, the wardrobe door has a large scratch down the front, which was only noticed after unpacking everything - too much hassle to try and get it all back in the box. For the money though, a decent enough product.

Sturdy and good looking furniture! Delivery was speedy and reliable. X

I bought two oak bedside cabinets. They were much cheaper at Home Outlet than anywhere else. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition in less than 48 hours. Very satisfied.

Very impressed with the customer service I received. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Delivered very quickly. Pleased with items purchased.

Excellent service. Ordered items on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Instructions were good and items were very easy to put together, just as was advertised. Would definitely use this company again.

Exactly what I was looking for (TV stand) for a great price and very quick delivery. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Best price on the internet, free delivery and an extremely prompt service with excellent communication re times and delivery company etc

Ordered double bed frame for my daughter, when unpacking item noticed there was some damage on the headboard ( paint chipped off). Made a phone call, sent some images of damage and had a replacement part within two days excellent service. My only concern was the packing inside the box around the headboard and footboard as they must have been rubbing together during loading and delivery. Some cardboard or foam in between would sort this out. All said and done, my daughter extremely happy, and would order again.

Ordered tables kept updated about my order via e mail did have a problem with delivery so rang home outlet and they were very prompt dealing with it the problem was with yodel so did have to wait longer for tables! Overall price and customer service was good.

Excellent customer service! Fast delivery as I had expressed how important it was that I received my chest of draws super fast, and it like turned up in 2 days So yeah! I will definitely use this company again. VERY good service..

I ordered a flat pack double wardrobe, which arrived the next day. The assembly pack had been forgotten by the delivery Co. a quick email and it arrived the next day.

I assembled it and it looks pretty good and reasonably sturdy.

Quick service. Arrived all intact. Easy to put together. Result: A lovely new coffee table which I'm well pleased with. Thankyou.

The item that had arrived was fine, however when unpackaging it all the screws and washers fell out as the bag that they were put in was torn.

The item was as per described and delivery was superfast. loved the order process and will order again in the future!

Really fast delivery and a perfect item for my new bathroom.

Our set of drawers arrived within the two hour slot. I was telephoned that morning giving the time of arrival between 1and 3pm.
Delivery men were polite and helpful. Packaging was in good order and drawers were perfect condition.
Very pleased.

Very fast delivery and fabulous items. Very pleasing from start to finish.
