Could not fault from start to finish. Booking was easy, the survey was carried out within 2 days and the detailed report received within 4 days. Would def recommend.

What can I say?... repeatedly fobbed off on the phone when raising queries, report came through at the final hour and the report content is basic to say the least. Cut and paste statements, no real inspection evident apart from the bleeding obvious and award winning backside covering to say the least. All this report indicates and dictates is you should seek further inspection from qualified personnel to investigate issues. Correct me if I am wrong that’s what I paid these guys to carry out. All in all I paid for a rather expensive boring essay on how this surveyor ducked out of carrying out a proper inspection.

If Steve Purcell surveyed your house: you have been scammed I’m afraid.

Some of the details were rather odd. Report said the property was inhabited at the time of the inspection but there was another person in the picture. Also mentioned water not being connected and job not working but we confirmed with estate agents that this was not correct. Have mixed feelings but they were good at keeping in contact and sticking to appointments

You Survey head office are quick and attentive, no issues. The report was returned on day 10 and was full of 'seek specialist advice' plus areas not looked at due to belongings in the property.

I feel I have wasted my money on a level 3 report that has returned nothing of the sort of an intrusive inspection. How can take assurance from a report that is full of 'seek further advice'. Well that's what I've paid you £500 for

No pictures on the report. When asking about this point of Your Survey, they advised they are not mandatory from RICS.

I would not recommend even though they are the cheapest. They are the cheapest for a reason I suppose.

Difficult to review as I feel Your Survey Ltd was not so bad, they chased up things and answered calls swiftly. They did say 5-10 working days Which ended up being late on day 9. I would give the company a 3-4 stars.
HOWEVER..
Sadly the surveyor "Steve Purcell" has dragged the rating down. Having had another surveyor check over the report who has claimed a lot was said to cover the surveyors back, Steve Purcell was fairly brief with his report, When emailed directly to ask him to elaborate on some points, after 2 weeks, no reply and as the days go by I'm not expecting a response.
Having booked in 2 specialists at Steve Purcells recommendation, they have claimed the surveyor was clueless.

As a business owner myself, I don't want to drag another business's reviews down. However, feeling a little disappointed hopefully, the review can be taken as constructive criticism and help the company improve.

4-5 Stars for Customer Service and booking speed though.

If I could give zero stars I would. Surveyor went out to property and then I got a call to say they couldn’t survey the house as it was “derelict” and dangerous to enter. Absolute nonsense. I have been to the property several times myself in past few weeks and although not lived in currently it is by no means derelict.

Booked my survey as they could do it quickly and the price was great. Met all expectations. Thank you.

Very happy quick service from start to finish, my survey did need to be rearrange but I was kept updated at all times and a quicker turn around was requested for me due to the delay.

Really impressed with the service I received from Your Survey Ltd. The staff were very helpful when helping me decide what survey would be best for my property. The Building Survey was in depth and arrived within the turn around time so there was no delays. Thankyou!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COWBOY COMPANY!! I waited two weeks for a survey, which never came. I eventually told these cowboys that I would seek a refund if the survey wasn't here by the end of today, 10/13/21. Ten minutes later a received an email from the alleged surveyor (Steve Purcell). Here is his excuse: "Apologies for the delay, I had 5 days off unwell so have had a bit of a back log. I appreciate that is not your concern. I was held up in traffic until late last night. I am heading to the office now to check the report and email you."

A few minutes later, I received another email from this cowboy outfit, telling me they were refunding my money and would not be providing a survey. They didn't like the fact I left a bad review on Trustpilot and threw their toys out of the pram.

I honestly believe there never was a survey report written and they knew I would not put up with their BS any longer. They were also terrified because I told them I would be having their report checked by another surveyor, to make sure there was no 'copying and pasting' in the survey.

When I told them they should read the negative reviews about them, on Trustpilot, they stated "In relation to the reviews on trust pilot we do not advertise on there so we have no way of contacting the bad reviews to speak with them directly."

Basically, they are refusing to recognize these reviews as being legitimate.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS OUTFIT!!
