I called in because I couldn’t find my ground rent invoice in my email and was getting worried about a potential late fee. Jack was incredibly helpful and patient over the phone. He quickly located my account, confirmed the details, and reassured me that no late fee would apply. He even resent the invoice while I was on the call to make sure I received it. Really appreciated his calm and professional manner, made a stressful situation much easier.
