I am very impressed with the service that Homeground staff provided . They were very empathetic and.efficient . My queries were responded to in a very timely manner by Joe H and Kim J. I called in because I couldn’t find my ground rent invoice in my email and was getting worried about a potential late fee. Jack was incredibly helpful and patient over the phone. He quickly located my account, confirmed the details, and reassured me that no late fee would apply. He even resent the invoice while I was on the call to make sure I received it. Really appreciated his calm and professional manner, made a stressful situation much easier.

Grateful for Jack’s humanity

I have endured some traumatic experiences at the hands of the egregious FirstPort whilst caring for a relative with dementia which makes dealing with anything to do with service charges very challenging. Jack at Homeground was really kind, patient, understanding and helpful in resolving my issue and has restored my faith in humanity a little, thank you.
