The delivery was above and beyond of what we expected from the company.
Our delivery item ..the beautiful colours electric fire with blue tooth was big and heavy in the box (as expected ) But the kind delivery gentleman stepped up and was marvellous helping to put it in place and he was so polite and courteous so rare in delivery drivers today .So well done on excellent delivery service on time and when expected.
The fire and surround was well packed and the quality is superb the fire is better than it looks in the pictures
And it’s a lovely feature that adds warmth and decadence to any room .
Too many features to mention really brilliant.
We highly recommend and would buy again from this company.

ordered and paid for the item, received an email letting me know that the Mirror would be dispatched and then never heard anything . When I enquired 7 days later was told somehow they had missed my order and now the item was now not available. Very poor wonder what would have happened if I hadn't have contacted them am sure would have kept the money and not got the product !!!!

Awful service, ordered an ornament then 2 days later got a PayPal refund email, absolutely no contact or apology from the seller

Wow 🎉 what a find , I was browsing looking for a unusual table to put my pineapple lamp on for my lounge, and came across HomeLuxeInteriors, found the most amazing table for my lamp a gold peocock,with glass top, I phoned the company , to ask some questions and the guy was so helpful, the lamp had already been reduced but he did inform me that there was a further reduction and also free postage, I ordered the table, and WOW what a beauty, solid gold peacock with beautiful detail, I'm so impressed with my buy and absolute bargain top quality, that's why this company deserves 💯 % customer service and a 5 star , everything was so straight forward from buying to the delivery thankyou, one happy customer 😁 🎉 🎉

UPDATE on my Review. When I ordered my Table and chairs they were very good with contacting me. But I have an issue with one of the chairs and no one has responded to my emails and no one is answering their phone. Very disappointing service

I ordered a king size & single quilt cover matching. The wrong design was sent for the single. Despite 3 emails I have had no response. I’ve tried 2 separate contact methods as well.

Product arrived last Thursday, I was not happy with the quality the top of the table is stuck to the metal with adhesive which is clearly visible. I have emailed and called on multiple occasions and have still not had a response. I have now opened a dispute with my bank to try and resolve this. I would like to return the product and receive a refund.

I ordered a Black and White LED sand art lamp . . They sent me a blue one . . I e-mailed them . . No reply, I filled in an online ( contact us ) form for the company, no reply, e-mailed them 2 other times . . No reply . .
Customer service is shockingly bad, so be very wary of using this company . . They take your money and then ignore you if you have a problem. Avoid !

Have had quite a few things off you great quality always delivered quickly definatly will be buying again

I’m honestly so in love with this coffee table… it looks incredibly chic and so much more expensive than it actually is! It has completely elevated my living room, and apparently I’m not the only one who loves it… my cat was one of the first to claim it as his new favourite spot! 😻

Unfortunately, the first table arrived damaged, which I believe was down to the courier, as I actually saw it fall while he was taking it out of the van. I reported it to the team straight away, and their customer service was fantastic. They arranged a replacement for the following week, with a smooth swap of the damaged one at the same time. Everything was handled so easily and professionally.

The replacement arrived perfectly, and the final result is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve already shown it to a few people over FaceTime and received so many compliments! Everyone comments on how stylish and expensive it looks.

I’m so happy with this beautiful new addition to my home. A huge thank you to the team for making the replacement process so straightforward and for such lovely service. Very highly recommended! 🤍
