Today my new windows were fitted by Dina and Vova from Homeshield Scotland Ltd.
The windows look amazing, the fitters were top class workers who are second to none. I am very impressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, it has been a positive experience from start to finish.

I had a solar system installed by Homeshield Scotland Limited a year ago, and unfortunately my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.
The battery has already failed within the first year, which should not happen with new installation. Since reporting the issue, I have made multiple calls and spent a lot of time chasing this up, but the problem is still not resolved. What made the situation even worse is that instead of taking responsibility, they had the audacity to call me and speak to me rude and dismissive manner, implying that I was the one in the wrong. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I chose this company after doing my research, including checking Companies House and reading Trustpilot reviews, which
initially gave me confidence. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have now started a formal complaint and will be taking this further through official procedures until the matter is resolved.
I am living this review to warn others to be cautious. The instalation may seem fine at first, but real test is the aftercare - and in my case, it has been shocking.

The tradesmen arrived on time. They were very professional, friendly, tidy and accommodating.

The whole transaction from start to finish was well explained and professional, at the same time you felt at ease when dealing with the company. I would recommend Home shield if anyone was looking to get solar panels. The fitters were all very friendly and professional.

The lads on the job were very helpful when I asked eny thing about Dubel glazed windows very helpful good at there job if thay give up there jobs thay could take up cleaning thay did a great job in my house thanks a gain for a lovely job

Customer service and communication was excellent. Steps were explained and help given at every opportunity which relieved a lot of stress. The work was completed with the utmost professionalism, and the place was left spotless.

Their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and performance, specifically Megan who works in the administration department who called me on multiple occasions while the work was being carried out to check in with me that I was happy with the ongoing progress. I would also like to thank the 2 young Gentlemen ( sorry please forgive me I have forgotten your name however the first thing you both did was introduce yourself to me ) They both installed my 4 windows.

I would like to point out this was handled with such perfection right down to the finishing touches. Window handles etc.

My new windows have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

They are very efficient and good at keeping you up to date. The installation was very easy leaving a neat and tidy job. I am very pleased with all aspects of the work, and enjoy using the app to see how much energy we are getting from the system.

From start to finish we have had a brilliant experience with Homeshield Scotland. The same day we enquired about our windows and doors, the lovely Diane came out and went through everything with us and she was absolutely amazing, top customer service and an absolute asset to the company. We decided to go ahead with the installation of 7 windows, 2 doors and a side panel. The communication through the process was brilliant and within 2 weeks we’ve had them all installed. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows and doors and it’s given our house a new look. The installation guys were straight to work and little to no mess left behind. Highly recommend and will be recommending to anyone looking for a window and doors company.

I had a bit of settling on my French door after installation and Bryan was sent out to fix the problem. He was friendly, quick and knowledgeable on the job. On his way out he noticed my front door needed adjusting and did the job while he was there. Fantastic service

Came out and fixed our bathroom window handle. It took literally a couple of minutes.he was friendly, professional and respectful.

Whole process was extremely professional and very quick. The communication was excellent. We are really pleased with our windows and doors. The salesman Keith listened to what we wanted and made some good suggestions. The fitters worked extremely hard and did a good job, cleaned up afterwards and took our old windows and doors away.
