What an experience first class service from start to finish. Booking the job in was so easy, Jerry the fitter turned up on time(even though I had given wrong postcode) and was very professional and went about his job. His van was equipped to do all that is needed. Prices are very competitive. He changed all 3 tyres on my caravan spare included and moved and refitted my tyron bands no problem. In all a great experience and top job i know where I will be going next time for my tyres so easy and uncomplicated.

My car wouldn't drive off the driveway it's wheels had bent inwards after the wishbones had been replaced, I didn't think the tracking would make a difference but the 2 lads that came went above and beyond to make it drivable again. Both very polite, Iwould give them 10 stars.

Jade in the office and Sam who fitted the tyres were both very helpful friendly and professional. Jade helped me choose the correct tyres for my caravan. Sam completed the job efficiently, removing the old wheels and Tyron bands and putting them back on the new tyres. He also balanced the wheels and made sure the torque and tyre pressures were correct.

So easy to communicate car was stuck on driveway.phoned told them about my problem .Give Me all the information I Need .Jerry Came couldn't do enough so helpful .problem fixed would diffenitly would use again would definitely recommend that's why 5Star ratings.

Absolutely fantastic service and so simple to book for fitting.
Desperately needed a set of tires and due to commitments was struggling to find time to get tyres fitted seen a banner out and about so had a look on the website (which is also simple to use) and was amazed with the price considering there no need to wait at garage don't need to leave work or home so booked it for Saturday morning on a Thursday night and turned up on time left him to it and was soon sorted would highly recommend and will also be using for tyres in the future 110% service and communication

Had a flat tyre this morning when I was about to go to work. I rang hometyre and the lady on the phone was so lovely! I wish I got her name. She managed to get me an appointment for today and the loveliest gentleman Peter came. He was so quick and efficient. Will definitely be using again and recommending to people.

We had a flat tyre whilst on a short break, home tyre came out the next day and fitted a new tyre. The service was impeccable, Lee the mechanic was brilliant and super fast. We had peace of mind and got home safely.

AVOID..Cowboys, poor customer service. I’m a cancer patient and don’t need this stress. This has just added an abundance of stress and money. My alloy was damaged by the fitter, he didn’t notify us of the damage. They then offered to repair the alloy once we pointed this out to them, I could have done a better job. Alloy remains damaged and left in a poor state. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! Please use anybody else are from Hometyre

Got a puncture early Tuesday morning after hitting a pothole. Went online and booked a replacement tyre for that day. Unfortunately the local tyre fitter couldn’t attend as he was fully booked. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who done all she could to try and get it sorted the same day. Fast forward 24 hours and I had Bill attend to replace my tyre. His service was nothing short of perfect and had the tyre replaced in no time at all. Checked the pumped up the other tyres on my car and then he was on his way.

I woke up to a flat tyre this morning. Was very stressed to be missing work. Hometyre’s customer services were helpful and polite. Their communication was great. They answer the phone, contact via text and reassured me. I’d definitely recommend them/use them in future.

Fantastic service - exactly as described. I booked on the website, and also spoke to a very helpful lady who processed my booking. The following day Ben came to the house and tried to fix my tyre but unfortunately it wasn't salvageable. My tyre was changed quickly, the only extra was a valve. Would recommend this company, good prices, polite and very fast service.

Super job! My daughters tyre was leaking. Changed tyre and cleaned all alloy re sealing. Explained before completed work and was super quick.

Ordered for new tyre online, had a call shortly after to confirm sizing and type of tyre needed, really helpful over the phone and whatsapp! Richard came out to me at home the next day, really friendly and job was done in 10 minutes, can’t fault at all and will use again if/when needed!

I thought this company was exactly what it says it is and what you would expect a company to be... officiant right from the first phone call to end product... On time, polite, helpful, very very reasonable on price, and when their competitors are so so much more expensive they must know they could raise price's but they dont. Just one of those companies you want to use again and pass on to others

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and the customer service was friendly and professional. The service provided was prompt and of high quality, all at a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find a better or more convenient way to change your tyres. I highly recommend them.

What a breath of fresh air, arrangements were made quickly and without fuss. The price was good and the service was outstanding. Lee was polite, quick and explained everything. My new tyre was fitted on the same day I called and within two hours. I would highly recommend Hometyre.
