What a great team. I had no idea! So friendly and helpful. Theresa had great knowledge of the kitchen products, cabinets, worktops and was even able to offer much needed advice of paint colour choices and how to choose a colour scheme. Ben had great technical knowledge and knowledge of the other products I needed aligning them withy buildings construction needs. Simon in the warehouse was just so helpful and inventive at loading my vehicle and had incredible patience. What more can I say.... Just a great bunch of knowledgeable helpful people

Tereasa was excellent from start to finish, went th extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted. She came out, measured and designed our kitchen, nothing was a problem for her. Would highly recommend.

I thought I'd be getting "my dream kitchen" and eight months after ordering it, five months after the installation, it's still not right. The so-called "dream"has turned into an utter nightmare.

We recently completed the installation of our new kitchen, and while the process began with significant challenges, we feel it is important to highlight both the difficulties we faced and the exceptional service we eventually received.

Initially, our experience was unfortunately quite poor. The original kitchen designer did not design the layout properly and also provided incorrect measurements. This led to a series of frustrating back and forth interactions with the ex manager (Phil). Rather than supporting us through the issue, he was defensive and, regrettably, we became aware that he had spoken unprofessionally about us to other colleagues, which was incredibly disappointing and uncalled for. This lack of accountability and professionalism left us feeling disrespected and unsupported.

However, the situation dramatically improved with the arrival of the new branch manager, Ben. From the moment he got involved, Ben was nothing short of outstanding. He approached the situation with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to resolve the issues we had faced. He listened to our concerns, took ownership of the problems, and ensured that everything was put right.

Ben went above and beyond in every sense, he ensured we did not incur any additional charges due to errors that were not our fault, and he took personal responsibility for making sure our kitchen was completed to a high standard. His communication was always respectful and reassuring, and we truly felt that he had our best interests at heart throughout the process.

Huge thanks to Ben’s, what began as a stressful and disappointing experience was completely turned around all thanks to him. We are now delighted with our kitchen and extremely grateful for his support. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and the team at Batley Howdens to others. He is a wonderful asset to the company. His commitment to excellent customer service and his ability to manage and resolve complex issues sets him apart as an outstanding manager. Thank you Ben.

We are extending our kitchen so visited our local Howdens at Batley. Josh and the team were very professional and accommodating to our needs, offering alternative views and options from initial design to product.

I decided I wanted a new kitchen and Teresa from Howdens Batley was absolutely the best! Her design skills are amazing and she was so friendly and really helpful as i am useless at coordinating colours, styles etc. She came out to my home with samples and nothing was too much trouble then been today to see the kitchen in 3d… absolutely stunning 👏😊 she put me at ease and her knowledge is superb. Would highly recommend seeing her if you’re planning a new kitchen. Mine is getting started on 24th March and can’t wait. Once again thanks Teresa.. you’re the best 🥰 must also say all the staff are very pleasant and helpful.. will certainly recommend you to everyone.

Fantastic service from Teresa at Howdens Batley. She designed us a superb kitchen for our barn conversion. Unfortunately due to constraints and flexibility of the carcasses etc we were sadly unable to proceed with the kitchen purchase. We’ve ultimately had to have a fully bespoke kitchen to get exactly what we wanted.
We really feel for Teresa as she had tried her very best to make everything work for us, but sadly it wasn’t to be on this occasion.

Big thankyou to Teresa for firstly coming to our home to measure up and get an idea of what we was looking for and inviting us to go to the expo at head office where we then decided to completely change our mind about what we wanted.
Secondly thankyou for making us feel very welcome at the branch and changing everything to suit our need and making sure we was happy with everything and showing us everything on the big screen making our project feel more real.

The idea of getting a new kitchen was very daunting but
I am so glad that I chose Howdens of Batley to carry out the job. The units are top quality and my new kitchen looks stunning. A special thanks to Teresa who from the beginning to end was their to support advise and listen to what I wanted for the end product.

I don’t usually do reviews but thought I must as Teresa at Howdens, Batley was wonderful . She was extremely patient in light of I was very unsure what I wanted and kept changing my mind. She gave me lots of options made the whole process much easier and she gave me a great price too. Can’t wait for the new kitchen now! Thank you Teresa you’re a star.

Wow what a fantastic experience Teresa (Batley Branch) has given us today. From measuring up to designing our kitchen to presenting it on her huge Media Screen made it very real life to see! Cannot recommend highly enough, quality of the products and staff knowledge and enthusiasm for your personal design choices. We already have a fantastic utility room from Howdens…now for our kitchen next. Thanks Teresa!!
