I recently had a new kitchen through Howden's Bridgend and I am over the moon with it.
The quality is fantastic, it looks fresh and modern, its transformed my house. I am a very happy customer.
Tom who designed my kitchen was amazing. He came up with lots of ideas and suggestions and was very patient as I did change my mind a couple of times.
Tom was friendly and approachable, he answered any question or concerns I had and I never felt under any pressure from him.
The rest of the team at Howdens' Bridgend are all lovely and very helpful which made any visit to the store a really pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend Howdens Bridgend if you are thinking of a new kitchen.
I will definitely be using them again without fail.

Staff were really helpful with ordering materials,the work tops were awesome but delivery let you down,most companies give you a slot on the day ,you don't I had to ring 3times just to get told they were on second van load and they didn't turn up till 5.45pm so I lost a day's work if I new a time I could of gone to another job

I had an excellent experience with Howdens from the Bryn Melin branch. They came out and discussed what I was looking for and designed it. I was really impressed with Lee as the manager and Jenny as the designer. My kitchen is amazing and I'm so happy with it. The after-sales were exactly the same, any queries they were both there.

Extremely helpful, made decisions easy with their positive advice.

Please do not use this company because if it goes wrong which is highly likely, the customer service is non existent. I have had a half-built kitchen since August. They sent me a kitchen with grain when I asked for smooth and the doors that did arrive, are patchy. I have made over 30 calls to the store requesting a conversation with the manager and they haven’t once called me back. What manager refuses to speak to their customers? I wrote to head office and they took 2 months to reply!!!!! They had the cheek to say in the email that they believe they had responded in a timely manner!! I still don’t have a kitchen and still no resolution as the email that took 2 months to construct did not address my concerns. I’ve given up on them now and going through legal system. Be warned!

Items delivered on time and in good condition. It would be helpful if an order could be stored at Howden's until it is needed as site space is often an issue and products could become damaged.

Ieaun was super knowledgeable and helpful. His customer service is exceptional.
