We are having a kitchen fitted by one of Howden Leyland’s traders and had a few queries & concerns.
We were dealt with by Cathryn who was amazing. She was very pleasant, extremely patient & incredibly helpful.
The coffee was delicious too (but not as good as Cathryn’s service!)
I was feeling a little stressed when we arrived & came out feeling like everything was resolvable 😊
You have a great employee in Cathryn.

The staff at our local store (Leyland) were extremely helpful, spending time discussing what would be the most suitable flooring for us. The delivery arrived at the time agreed.

We recently visited Howdens Leyland for help measuring and designing our kitchen, and the service we received from Rachel was outstanding.
From the initial measurements through to selecting units and planning the layout, Rachel was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. We have a very small kitchen, but thanks to her expertise, she has transformed it into a brilliantly usable space that works perfectly for us as keen food lovers. Every inch has been thoughtfully considered, and we're genuinely excited to see the finished result.
Rachel took the time to understand exactly how we use our kitchen and offered practical, creative solutions that maximised both storage and workspace without compromising on style.
We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Howdens Leyland, especially Rachel, to anyone planning a new kitchen. We'll definitely be back in touch soon to discuss bedroom fitting projects as well.

Friendly and welcoming staff at Howdens in Leyland. Heather planned my kitchen, she was knowledgeable and helped me make the most of my space. Kept in touch with me and my assigned fitter, throughout to ensure everything went smoothly. I had an issue with one of my built in appliances a few weeks after my kitchen was installed but Heather resolved the matter promptly and without fuss. Thanks Heather and Howdens.

Prompt response when I made my first contact. Heather came to the house at a time convenient for us and was very knowledgeable and fully listened to our wish list and planned it perfectly. We chose a colour and Heather suggested we mix it up and have oak units on the top cupboards and we love it there are quite a lot of cupboards and all green would on reflection have been a bit much. Everyone who has seen the kitchen has commented on how fabulous the colour way is and we would not have thought about that.
I would recommend Howdens to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen after such a positive experience.

I had an excellent experience with Howdens at Leyland while getting my new kitchen. James, the kitchen designer, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with a friendly and supportive approach. I was impressed by the quality of the products and the convenience of quickly sourcing items from the depot when needed. The CAD software they used really brought my vision to life, making it easy to visualise the final design. James even came out to double-check measurements before the project started, showing real pride in his work and ensuring everything would fit perfectly in my small kitchen. The customer service team was also great, always helpful with queries and quick to arrange call-backs when needed. The kitchen was delivered promptly and at our convenience, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite a few issues along the way, James resolved everything quickly and at no extra cost. I was thinking of buying a new kitchen and I was advised by a couple of builders to use Howdens, I’m so glad that I did.
It all started with a free design carried out by a great guy James part of Team Leyland visiting our house and discussing our options, chose our style and went back a few days later to see the design on a large screen tv which was really impressive.
Decided to go ahead with the purchase and a delivery date was agreed with a courtesy call to tell us it was on its way, delivered with cabinets ready built which is a godsend.
On fitting if the kitchen fitter had a small problem he talked with Team Leyland @ Howdens and talked him through solutions to the problem and could even return unused items if they could not be used.
Now the kitchen is fitted it’s beautiful and just like the design pictures, I can’t recommend them enough so if you’re looking for a kitchen get down to Team Leyland @ Howdens and get the great guy James round to your house to get the design done.
