Dealt with Tim who was amazing from designing the kitchen and making sure that everything was in our budget.
Nothing was too much, easy to contact. Would totally recommend to friends.

We were looking for a complete redesign of the kitchen in our Victorian School House. We wanted a good quality kitchen that was sympathetic to the period but also had a contemporary feel.

We had approached a number of kitchen suppliers but a soon as we met with Tim the designer we knew that Howdens Newport Maesglas was the company we wanted to work with. Tim was brilliant! He listened to our ideas but also put forward suggestions and ideas. iHe guided us seamlessly through the process, always with a professional, positive and ‘can do attitude’

Towards the end of the process we also met Leanne who was also great and so helpful. We are so pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and highly recommend the entire team at Howdens Newport Maesglas- thank you!

From the very beginning, Tim, our kitchen designer, Leanne, Nick the manager, delivery drivers, and the whole team were absolutely brilliant. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us.

We’re genuinely so glad we chose Howdens instead of Wren. The quality of the kitchen and, in particular, the finish has really impressed us. We’ve had several other tradespeople working in our home, and they have all commented on how impressed they are with the quality and finish of the kitchen — which says a lot!

Most importantly, me and my wife absolutely love our kitchen. It looks fantastic, feels really well made, and has completely transformed our home.

Richard who I have known for 4-5years and bought many kitchen from dismissed me and did not honour my discount percentage when I went to by a couple door from another branch , said I had not used in last six month and asked the manager who said only standard discount . Very disappointed as have 6 flats coming up in sept which I told him .

Great service

Being a portfolio landlord requires me to renovate and revamp my properties regularly. The team at Howdens Newport in the Maesglas branch are superb and have had a strong relationship with them for years now wouldn't go anywhere else for my kitchens. Elinor is amazing and my go to designer, she always goes above and beyond to ensure I get the best use of my space and finds me the most competitive prices. Donna in the sales team is absolutely superb, always on hand and helpful in organising things for my orders. Neville is a such a great guy and always so helpful at the front desk and always provides the best advice or finds me exactly what I'm looking for. Dealt with Richard most recently and he was great too. To summarise the team in this branch really are a great bunch and having used Magnet, wickes etc previously I'd say they don't come close to Howdens Maesglas, Newport for me. Keep up the great work guys and I'll be back for the next project.

The design we created with Luke was great and he was very accommodating. There were issues with missing or incorrect items which Luke dealt with however our fitter was very frustrated with the missing items and items that did not fit and list his temper with Luke which we can only apologise for however his experience was being questioned on more than one occasion.
