Simon Howlett was extremely helpful from the outset, taking his time to explain the car and it's attributes, and everything was exactly as he set out - refreshingly straight forward

He was also able to provide us with a better price on our part exchange than webuyanycar, and exchange of vehicles was done in a calm and patient way, ensuring I was fully aware of all the controls etc

All in all, a very pleasurable experience with Howletts - one I;d be happy to repeat

Howlett of Lavenham is the best garage I have had dealings with in my 50+ years as a car owner. A car I bought from them two years ago proved to have serious and unusual engine problems. When I decided to replace it Howlett quickly found me a replacement at a very good price. I asked Simon if he had a Peugeot 208 within our price range and he immediately came back with a suggestion.
He even offered advice on how to scrap our car through Assington autos which collected the car and gave us a good price considering the car was not even working.
