As a return customer we already knew how marvelous the HRV system is. Sales person really knew her stuff and was great to deal with. Would highly recommend HRV. It has made both homes we lived in healthier. Installation was quick and easy, by helpful and friendly staff

Honesty.
Once the Consultant arrived onsite, it became apparent my property wasn't suitable for an HRV system.
This was explained to me in simple terms, which I appreciated.
Once I make the changes necessary, I'll make sure to contact HRV.

We've had our HRV system for over a decade and recently had the filters replaced. The system continues to operate as well as it did when we had it installed and even with the very cold winter we're experiencing there is very little condensation on our windows. We're very happy with HRV.

The people of HRV Northland are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Whether it’s a phone call or a home service visit I always feel like I’m a top priority. Best customer service around.

The person we had was so helpful and experienced. He was kind and thoughtful and treated us with respect. He also knew what he was doing and had brought all the tools and equipment he needed with him. At the end he showed us the degree of complexity he was working with. eg very dusty filters.

When shifting houses, asked for HRV to come and look at new house for install of HRV/Water Filter System/bathroom extractors. As we had an HRV system in our existing house and it was brilliant. Staff came out and viewed, gave us indication of pricing, timeframe etc. Super helpful and very professional. Installs went exceptionally well and really pleased. As it was getting colder asked about the heat transfer system that can be added to the HRV system. Again no hassles, everyone very professional and helpful. Install painless and system working really well. Would recommend HRV Canterbury to anyone considering a new build or retro fitting into existing house.

Our HRV has come apart, the pipes are not connected to the motor, bottom of the motor has fallen off (photographice evidence was given), which means there is no filtered air in the house. HRV won't stand by their service workmanship without a callout fee. Very disappointed!

Call centre is great. Helpful, friendly, proactive. Staff installing HRV were courteous, no hassles at all, great product. No condensation in winter, house cooled a bit in summer.

Great service, happy with the product. Love the 'Burn Toast' option as it clears off all the cooking odour within minutes. The system works great with the moisture in winter, windows are dry and gives a fresh feeling when you breath as it maintains the temp inside the house. Very happy with the decision made to purchase this product.

We have a low roof without much crawl space. the 1st person that arrived was a bit to big to be able to do the work in the space. An other person who we had had previously. he did a great job and was able to fix an issue we had had. Top marks to HRV for our service.

I’ve been very disappointed with HRV. The communication is severely lacking, response times are incredibly slow, and the whole process feels disorganised from start to finish. It’s frustrating that you're forced to go through HRV directly for all system repairs, with no flexibility to use independent technicians.

Given the ongoing issues and lack of customer support, I would strongly recommend considering another brand. There are better systems out there with more reliable service and better customer care.
