The whole process was great with HRV so far. Mal was very informative and explained the product in great detail, but also understandable, when explaining the needs for our home. He also answered any questions we had. The process has been smooth and the communication from the team very clear. Can't wait for the system to the installed!

I have only had positive experiences with HRV. I installed an HRV system in my previous home and since moving I have installed another HRV and now looking to install a new heat pump. The consultants know their products and are knowledgeable in their recommendations. I am notified when it is time to replace/check the filter systems. Any issues are responded to in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

We've had HRV systems in our last 2 homes & have only had 1 minor fault, which was fixed quickly at no cost to us even though the system was out of the warranty period (by a month or 2).
We just had our current system serviced & the filter replaced. The technician arrived exactly on time, was really friendly & had the job done quickly.

Always great service, friendly and knowledge service people - answer all your questions without hesitation. We have been clients of theirs for close to 20 years I think and have never had an issue. Great company.

We have been using HEV for 14 years nowand to be honest only the first 2 years was how it supposed to be but since then, they charge us for the service and maintenance $230 but it has never been right. The settings would be changed according to the season but in the winter we just have a moisture everywhere. They have never fixed it. I have water filled windows, moisture wardrobe mirrors and nothkng is dry. There is no way that you can add photos in Google review so that tells you enough. The HRV system is the waste of money. Good luck

Never had a problem with the helpful, fully trained staff

We upgraded our 8 year old system to the latest which was carried out effortlessly with minimum of fuss by their technicians who explained everything and the WiFi setup. No condensation since the system was first installed.

Had the HRV system for over 14 years. It worked. No more wiping windows every morning and power bills reduced after the install.
Our install had two fans and seven outlets.
Replacement filters every two years is a little expensive.
We have now moved and do not need one at our new home.

HRV has been hounding me every 6-12 months since I went to a home show many many years ago. When we brought a rental property eventually, we put an HRV in.

It’s now malfunctioning (under warranty), it’s winter and small kids live in the house. We have been calling and calling customer service on and off for weeks. We finally got hold of someone to book a tech to check it out, we had to wait weeks, inform our tenants so they could be on site and no one shows up! Now we are back to constantly calling and sitting on hold to try and get someone out there.

Would never use HRV ever again!!!
