I want to thank HTCPedia for great customer service. last Friday we placed an order for two charging cradles and a spare battery. We had an order confirmation with tracking number within two hours of placing the order. The package was delivered that Monday.

I ordered a dual car charger with USB cable for HTC EVO 3D. The price was great and the shipping quick!

I was amazed how fast I received my order!

Exceptional value and customer care!

They sent a battery without the AC adapter. Took forever to get them to send the adapter. Clearly I did not get a new unopened box. No apology. No interest. No followup. Lots of meaningless talk. I won't be shopping there again and neither will my friends.

I ordered a cover for an extended battery for my Droid Incredible on a Monday and it came on Thursday. Exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. It took me a minute to figure out how to put it on but once I did it is perfect. Easy to remove also.

I bought a very specific items made for Sprint phone. I chose the Sprint HTC TOUCH PRO 2 phone from your website and look for the accessories. I bought 2 extended battery covers and you sent me a Verizon HTC TOUCH PRO2 extended battery door cover with VERIZON logo on it. Fitment is perfect but color doesn't match. very light gray from Verizon and pure BLACK from SPRINT.

First purchase from you and will be the last.

I would rate you negative stars if I can for their service.

I have 100% positive feedback 300+ and counting from eBay with $75,000 purchases over the last 5 years.

I do expect poor services from oversea retailer but not from USA retailer like themselves.

Prepaid return label is not good enough. They wasted my time and I already put the battery door covers you sent me in trash.

Fast Delivery and the product is exactly what I wanted. I had purchased a HTC Thunderbolt case with cut out for battery previously from HTCPedia Shop and it didn't fit properly. I was able to return and purchase a new case. Very happy with the whole process. They are an A+ Store.

There was aproblem with the delivery. Htc was prompt with its response to my report that it did not get delivered when the tracking indicated that it had. Their follow through with FedX revealed that it had been put in the wrong mailbox and the FedX delivery person responded personally and retreived it. Htc promised to send a new one out immediately if it wasn't found within 24 hrs.

I paid for two day shipping - they shipped it ground (7 days). Then the items I ordered were not shipped. Overall, nothing went right with this order.

Outstanding service. Products are high quality and perform as advertized.

HTCpedia is my first choice for Thunderbolt needs.
