I battery and cradle arrived promptly. They handled my purchase efficently and speedily

Ordered my phone chargers and received an email back very promptly that they were out of stock and asking if I would prefer to wait an extra day or two or cancel my order.
I waited for the chargers to come in, and I still got them by the time I should have even without the out of stock delay.
