Don’t do business with these people! Geraldine Hassler, who works for this company, is a fraudster. she engaged in mala fide practices in the art world and is a crook.

The worst and the most expensive accountancy service I came across. Have been using their service for a year as they took over after my accountant retired. This was bad decision on my part which I regret very much. Overpriced and unprofessional service.

Amateurs. Had a meeting to discuss moving my accounts to them. Their pitch was amateurish at best. No structure, had little idea of how to explain what they could do for the business and why them. It felt like they were straight out of university and it was their first meeting of any kind. Then no follow up whatsoever which interestingly got me intrigued/bemused so I ended up chasing them! Still no response; lucky break.

Save your time, there’s better everywhere.

Steer well clear of this company. They took over a well respected local company and treated its clients with little respect. They are only interested in taking money from you. Do not give in to them.

This firm treated me appallingly. They purchased a successful North Devon accountancy business of whom I was I client. They ran it so badly that they closed it. During their ownership the service was appalling, advice minimal, mistakes were made. When i questioned my bill i was ignored by anyone senior in the firm. I was however hounded by Anne Weston the credit controller who threatened to take me to court. I know was not the only one.

horrific company to deal with so disorganised its unreal. They bought over my old accountant and it took a good few attempts to get them to transfer my info over to my new accountants. very stressful and I could tell you to avoid this company. Their communication skills are very poor.

I had an initial meeting which was great and informative. Left very positive. For unexplained reason they had not got back with the documents they had promised and were pretty much unreachable after that. Clearly they did not want the job. Quite disappointed really as the company came recommended to us.

Today I paid an invoice close to £1000 for advice given by this company.
I had asked to be informed when 3 hours had been used.
This information came immediately. I asked for the time sheet and the time being spent seems absolutely unreasonable. I asked them to stop all work on my project and to reconsider the amount that they would charge to close my account.
They were not willing.
An extra 0.1h was added to the time sheet due to my correspondence.
I asked for a complaint procedure (Professional Board of Appeal) and were told that I could complain to a manager. Not professional.
It seems that this company will go to any length to maximise its profits.
I cannot recommend this company.
