Been using hyperdrug for quite a few yrs now, everytime I call to place an order i speak to a lovely lady .My vet sends prescription direct to them and I call to pay and place order .

I ordered by phone because the product that I wanted was no longer available on the website the receptionist was extremely helpful and advised me as to an alternative option , checking that I would know the dosage for my dogs.
