Easy to order and quick delivery. Have used Hyperdrug before and will definitely use again.

Ordering is easy and efficient but delivery is very slow. Delay between. “goods shipped” and “received by carriers”. I’m still waiting for information re delivery 5 days later.

I really did not expect this transaction to go well. I have never downloaded a prescription before and was fearing the worst. I had no need to worry, it went so well that l thought it could not have possibly gone through. Thank you Hyperdrug for a positive experience. The medication was ordered on the 14th and with us on the 16th, arriving in a brilliant refrigerated bag. I will need to order more in the near future and quite looking forward to it.

A great service by Hyperdrug, my only problem is Royal mail the courier. We were told the tracked item would be delivered Fri 17th but turned up Saturday the 18th. We had someone stay in all day and what a waste of time.

Hyperdrug are a fantastic company and items always arrive within a few days…however, for some reason after years of ordering with them they suddenly stopped taking orders from Northern Ireland which is very upsetting. I now order and have the items sent to my sister in law in Kent who then posts them over to me. NI is part of the UK so I don’t understand why they just stopped. However, I will say they do deliver quickly ( they also delivered speedily to NI). I have no criticisms with the items I order.

For whatever reason I have difficulty ordering online, due to password or email issues. I ordered by phone but we had hiccup due to me not forwarding the prescription, this was soon sorted so I will use that route when ordering in future, otherwise..happy.

I find that hyperdrug put more emphasis on pigeons health rather than profit, Their products are just as good, if not better than other suppliers, and always at a reasonable affordable price.

I ordered my dogs usual medication, uploaded vets prescription, once authenticated my order was dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail a couple of days later. Easy ordering, swift delivery, kept in the loop from confirmation of order to date and time of delivery.
