An exciting bootcamp
The bootcamp has been very demanding but it is worth it. The lecturers have been fantastic and the non academic support very great. It's been a great opportunity to be part of it.

Livestorm is terrible. I cannot access my lectures. I keep waiting for the team to share past lectures with me but I do not hear back. My progress has been affected because of this because I do not have alk the lecture material.

Poor Communication from the start
I was interested and set up a meeting via the website. The person didn't attend or send any apologies. I then e-mailed this person and more than a week later, they couldn't be bothered to respond.
This made me wonder about the support I would receive during my studies.
Thanks, but no thanks.

I don't know about online assistance
I don't know about online assistance, as an on-site student this institution is the best. The tutors are lovely, friendly and fun. It's an awesome learning environment. I have no clue about coding but now l feel like l have enough experience

The mentors are helpful throughout
The mentors are helpful throughout, I am a junior programmer, but at this point, I saw more things that I need to improve on and all the simple things that I used to forget, like putting a comment # sign on every line if it is not a code. and also sometimes using print as Print, I am learning a lot.

No Support and slow turnaround time
I just started the 3 month course after paying upfront and the only support they offer for technical issues is canned responses online. I emailed my concerns and had to wait the standard 24 hours to get a generic response that does not help. 2 issues in 2 days and falling behind with no support. They also have no live support or phone number to address any concerns.
