Overcharged £200 for Imac even allowing for "set up"this was a stretch and should have trusted my instincts but gave him the benefit of my custom.Didnt get my invoice i was promised either to question this .Well dodgy

Initially had a hiccup with the product being in stock, but they sorted it out quickly and got the stock to me. Overall great price, and happy with the quick customer service and delivery promptly.

Bought an item towards the end of December last year. The item was put from allocating to backorder to being cancelled. All the while they have been making interest on holding my money for nearly two months. Buyers beware of dodgy practices.

Bought the i-tec C31FLAT2PDPROB dock to work with the two AOC monitors I have. The docking station refuses to send a signal to the monitors. most of the time. I also noticed that the light in the the connected keyboard is failing to turn on. I've since tried a different (cheaper and smaller) docking station, and it works without any problems, so it's definitely the i-tec.

I tried contacting their support. No response. There are no drivers on their website either. An absolute waste of money.

Bought a product online which was in stock, waited 1 week for them to cancel my order unexpectedly only because the prices have changed and they wanted to milk there customers.

I could of just went to another store and bought it.

I had a laptop ordered by by VA representative. They sent me a defective laptop that would not power on. I have been trying to reach them by email and by phone. 3 emails and several phone calls later and they cannot be bothered to respond. I’ve been in a pickle because I need this for school which is in Spain and here I am 2 days before leaving and they still cannot be bothered to respond to an email or a call. I’ll update this if they fix the issue but for now I wouldn’t recommend this organization and I am filling a complaint with the VA. There’s ABSOLUTELY no reason for the military and VA to do business with an organization that does not respond to its customers post sale

The whole purchase process worked well and met my expectations. I ordered a D-Link range extender that is similar to one I purchased earlier. It was delivered the next week and is now installed and working

I only write reviews as a last resort if I can't resolve simply with the store...but these guys are terrible. If I had the option for zero stars...Buyer Beware. After 16 emails over the course of 2 weeks, they finally got back to me about a return of a an unopened product. Nowhere on their website do they say 'no refunds' on their website. They clearly don't have any chops dealing with customers because they simply don't care about their customers needs. This is an...extremely dodgy business.

Clicked the buy button on some 22TB drives online and ended up getting 2TB drives...WTF! The paperwork on the order had also switched to 2TB drives? did not notice that change until the drives turned up.
They refused to take back the order or offer an exchange for the items. They called it buyers remorse. F#* them - $700 down the drain, assholes.

Dishonest company who try to scam the search engines for pricing of products. They have items product codes listed with prices that are way under all the other sellers of the same product. When you click the link to the product it goes to their website and the product is out of stock. However they have another listing for the same product / part number on their website which is in stock at the normal price. Highly illegal under Australian consumer law as a bait and switch.
