Time sensitive delivery was late so was of no use. Only a 10% refund offered for a project where company was only chosen for their ability to deliver on time. Never again!

Super happy with the communication and the turnaround on our conference ID badges. We did a fully custom design, with a data upload for variable names, and a quick turnaround time. Our badges just arrived today, a week before the conference, and they look beautiful. The product and printing are high quality, and I'm so happy to have found a vendor to use for our future conferences.

I am writing to provide feedback on the recent batch of lanyards we received, as requested. Unfortunately, the quality does not meet the standard of previous orders we have placed with yourselves.

In particular, the stitching around the fastening appears to be of poor quality. It is rough and uncomfortable, making the lanyards quite itchy when worn around the neck. Additionally, some of the lanyards do not lay flat against the body, which affects both their appearance and overall usability.

Given our positive experience with your products in the past, this decline in quality is disappointing. We would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and advise on how it can be resolved, whether through replacement, refund, or improvements in future orders.

We value our working relationship and hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

Great pricing, quality & Customer Service
I found the website easy to use to upload our premade design and straightforward to order. The pricing was great too. I had to remove a star because our second shipment was ordered with 2-day delivery and didn't arrive in time for our event, however ID&C made it right and refunded us for that shipment.

We’ve ordered the same branded lanyards multiple times, expecting consistency, but have now received three clearly different shades across separate batches.

Our latest order was placed as a direct repeat of the original 2023 batch, which our customer approved. Despite this, the colour supplied is significantly different and not usable for our customer.
The supplier’s response has been to rely on Pantone tolerances, despite the differences being obvious and well beyond a minor variation. No meaningful resolution or support has been offered.

Overall, very disappointing. A repeat order should not result in a completely different product.

ID&C has a wide range of products, easy to custom design to meet my requirements. Delivery was prompt and as advised, key when deadlines loom for events. Service and delivery can't be faulted.

Lanyards are well made and arrived in time.
