Customer service is dreadful
Customer service is dreadful, I have to repeat several times, they talk down to you, ignore u, refuse a manager, don't resolve situation, then after an hour say my shift has finished it's 2.30 am in morning, I haveca taxi waiting outside, they say customer services is in Ireland, obviously India, all i wanted to do was change a payment date, ive emailed them, just as useless, wanted to complain about alina and Clifford, I told them about health issues, said couldn't hear me, phone breaking up, I've already told u I have stammering problems, then calm down, I have alot of mental health issues, but they don't care.

Item purchased/pictured wasn't as sold
Delivery was quick and that's the positive side. The negative was that a Jones wall clock was pictured and a homebase low end clock was delivered. The postage to return would have cost as much as the purchase price!

Do not use despicable customer service
Do not use despicable customer service. I made mistake of using this company a second time, didn’t learn after first bad experience. Promotion not applied correctly, customer services came back to advise had been, had to send numerous emails to try and resolve and after 6 attempts finally corrected, customer service is extremely poor and inefficient to the point i think they do this so you give up. Actual 0 stars for company and have removed my details from their business.

Utterly appalling service - please do NOT use IdealWorld
Utterly appalling service. The whole shopping process and experience has been terrible. I placed an order 03/03/2026 and only part of it was delivered 07/03/2026. I enquired 09/03/2026 with IdealWorld and they stated that they would chase the outstanding item which was priced at £22.99. I have chased again 11/03/2026 and IdealWorld have stated that the item is out of stock and refunded only £11.49. I am now in a fight for the full correct refund.

Noxious and ineffective product
I purchased a batch of Mighty Blast drain unblocker on which the packet says "Quickly removes blockages, Perfect for sinks, showers and baths, For use on slow running drains" I was a bit anxious as it warned of skin burns and fumes. I avoided the first. It had no effect on a slow running shower but it DID damage the chrome.
