Untimely delivery.
Ordered on 1/15/2023 and still don’t have product on 2/02/2023. Comparing you to other companies, you need to improve your delivery time.

I have checking the tracking information and can see the items were dispatched in a timely manner however the item has slightly slowed down once it reached the US however you should be receiving your item shortly as USPS will be handling the delivery.

Canceling an order is not the same as returning it.
You cannot take my right to order cancelation with your terms and conditions and as I have mentioned before, I’ve already discussed this with Civil Advice representative, so I know that legally I’m in the right.

I have given 2 stars because the half of the light that arrived was amazing. Unfortunately the base never arrived so it is impossible to install. According to Conor on the help desk this was my fault I had read the advert wrong.
I do agree it was my mistake. I used the wrong company. Any company who is unable to score higher than3.8 on trust pilot should not be trusted. Any company that doesn’t advertise a contact number should not be trusted.
Shame on me! I should have used a company called ‘Easylighting’ they are proud of their trust pilot rating, their telephone number is plain to see. And what’s more the light would have been cheaper through them. Ah well. I’ll know for next time.

Yes, unhappy customers will always write a negative review and sadly this is my second relating to the same complaint. If you do manage to receive your order then the quality may be as you would expect. I am not in a position to comment on quality as I wasn’t fortunate enough to receive my order. A picture of a parcel outside my front door is sufficient to prove I had received it apparently? After complaining that the parcel was not there when I got home, it was indirectly and tenuously implied that I was probably pulling a fast one! This company will accept no responsibility for anything, and that can be quantified in some of the reviews I have been reading. It has been almost two months since I made the complaint and finally today I was informed there is nothing they can do! I will be seeing them in the small claims court, where the balance of probability is on my side.
AVOID buying from this company.

I do apologise that you feel this way.
When the item is dispatched an email was sent on the 14th of December, when an email like that is sent it would be fair to presume that someone should be at the property to receive the parcel and in this case the item was delivered within 2 days of that email going out.
As discussed during email since there is proof of the item being left at your property given the fact that nobody was there the couriers are unable to honour any form of claim for loss of goods.
We do apologise about you feeling like this is something that we have control over however it is unfair to blame us for someone not being at the property to receive the parcel especially when tracking was available the whole way through this process.

Although the item was no longer available ( bought 2017 originally) the company was very quick to advise me and to let me know the manufacturer so I could source elsewhere.
Thanks I have been able to trace and purchase wall lights to match those I already have.

Check terms and conditions before you buy
If I could score zero then that would be more appropriate. I had an item delivered that I did not do anything with but ask my electrician to fit. It did not have any instructions or screws and the box was not sealed. My electrician said it had been damaged. I sent back only to be told I’d done the damage which I did not. I’m 100% honest person. Tried to claim back my money via credit card but gave up as too stressful. Also read carefully their terms and conditions. Too much sticky tape on a return can invalidate your return
Don’t get caught out like I did.
Just remember I am 100% honest and did not do any further damage to an already damaged item that was sent to me.
Update…… I have now received the exact same bell from a reputable company and surprise surprise it was well sealed by the same manufacturer, in a box with instructions on it and screws as well………!!!

Hi Fiona,
I can see our team had advised that instructions and screws would not come with the item given the fact that these would be installed by a qualified electrician. The screws are not included due to the manufacturers wanting to reduce waste as 9/10 times the electrician will use their own screws and will dispose of the bag of included screws.
The reasons as to why the refund was refused were outlined in an email sent to yourself on the 2nd of January:
> The internal product packaging is missing (card and blister pack)
> The internal bell component has been removed and is missing
> The item has clearly been installed noting damage to mounting section
> The terminal box is very badly damaged and we have concluded your electrician has supplied 240V to this product rather than the required 8V which is very clearly labelled
I do apologise that you feel this way but this is completely out of our hands due to the item getting clearly damaged during installation along with internal components and packaging missing.
