EzWallet is doing something right
Been using iFAST Global Bank mainly for EzWallet and the transfer speed is genuinely one of the best I’ve seen. Payments land faster than most alternatives out there. For Bangladesh users, the MFS support covers the essentials since bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are all there which handles most use cases.
That said, Upay is missing and given how much it’s growing in BD, that’s a gap worth fixing. Would love to see that added soon.
Only real downside is that customer support response time can be slow when you actually need help, and the exchange rates could be more competitive depending on what you’re transferring.
Overall solid for cross-border transfers into Bangladesh. Reliable, fast, and functional. Just needs a few more local integrations and better support response times.
