Ben was extremely well informed and went out of his way to ensure we got the room we wanted.

Jack came through for the third time this year. Gave him my parameters for 5 people skiing in France and within a couple of days he had found the ideal accommodation in a great resort with flights and transfers.

Great to be able to actually talk to a person without going through several menus, music, etc and who was helpful, listened to what we wanted, picked up details from a booking 2 years ago …just totally efficient yet personal. As good as our previous experience with IgluSki with unbeatable prices too
