They will change the "approved rate" on you if you dont keep a eye on it. Be careful.

For some reason I still went through with the refinance and its been over a month and still have not heard a single word from the new lender. I reached out to iLending via email, got a ticket number and HAVE been completely ignored.
DO NOT USE THEM, find a better lender.

The experience was easy. Jennifer was very helpful and stay in contact throughout the entire process. Things were done very quickly even through I was slow to provide needed information. I got a new rate for my car that is way more manageable.

I went through the application process with Jeff Brady. I provided all the accurate information about the car as well as my credit score to understand the chances of approval. That’s when he gave me an excellent interest rate and monthly payment. After running my credit—naturally lowering it—he then told me that due to the mileage and year of the car, I would need to make a down payment equal to four installments of the current financing. A process with completely dishonest information.

I had the pleasure of working with Colby of the ilending team & he was GREAT .. This experience was nothing short of amazing !!!! I wish I had done it sooner . The communication was great any questions I had were able to be answered quickly.

I needed a lower payment and they provided easy how to and steps for getting approved and settled before my next payment.

At first, I gave them a very poor rating. After a long time, they contacted me. Now, my experience has completely changed. They helped me and were very professional. That's why I now thank them for their work, attention, and professionalism.
And I don't give them 5 stars just because of the days they made me wait.!

I had the pleasure of having Andrea the iLending team walk me through the refinance of my car. The interest rate was significantly lower than my current (at that time). The entire process was handled quickly and professionally. Andrea responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner and helped me solve a few hiccups fairly easily (My car was purchased and registered in a different state initially). From the first call to the last, Andrea was concise and professional in obtaining the information needed to process this refi. I can't thank Andrea and the iLending team enough! And extra kudos to Andrea for her upbeat and friendly communication. Definitely took the anxiety out of this financial decision for me. Thank you Andrea and iLending. If I ever need a auto refi in the future, I won't hesitate to reach!

What stood out to me the most was the communication between everyone that had spoken with me and how quickly everything was figured out. Also the patience, it was difficult for me to be available due to my work schedule but Jordan was able to work around my schedule and help me transition smoothly into my refinanced loan.

This experience was so easy, I wish I'd have done it sooner. Marcel always kept me in the loop. It was a seamless process. I lowered my rate, almost by 1/2 and am saving almost $125/mo on my payment. I highly recommend if you are considering refinancing!
