If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I ordered and paid for my items and never received them even though the company states 48hr postal service. I contacted the company asking about my order and they wouldn't reply. I raised a dispute with my credit card provider who refunded me immediately. However 12 weeks later, I am now getting pushback from this company as to why I raised the dispute. Complete and utter LIARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid buying from this company! As with all other reviewers, I ordered something a month ago, then had no further communication re dispatch etc. and all my attempts to contact Immensus were ignored. I would definitely suggest Immensus is a fraudulent company. Luckily I raised a dispute via my bank and got my money back.

Order placed, never arrived status says unfulfilled and after countless emails with no reply but money taken can only suggest that this is a bogus company that takes your money with no intention of delivering the goods like so many sadly. DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS FROM HERE

Rubbish. Similar to other reviews. The item i wanted was initially out of stock. They emailed me a couple of weeks later to say product was now available.
So I ordered and paid. Haven't heard anything since. That was 4 weeks ago.Have sent 2 emails asking when it'll be sent. No response, and no product.

Complete scam of a company!!! My own fault should've read the reviews 1st!!! Same as the rest, money sent, no items recieved, all communications ignored. DO NOT ORDER

I placed an order 29th December and still havent received it! I The tracking has just disappeared. I've emailed numerous times and no reply..What a shocking company! Conning people out of there money! Not happy at all.

Bought 3 eyeshadows on the 22nd December and still have not arrived, I have sent 4 emails to ask where my order is and have not had 1 reply x

Ordered on 21st December.. I didn’t expect the order to arrive until after Christmas. It’s now the 10th January I’ve had nothing. No communication from the company regardless of the amount of times I contact them.

I placed two orders on 22nd Dec and I have had no delivery confirmation since then. I do appreciate it's a busy week for all online companies. But as you have failed to communicate with me I have opened a Paypal dispute. Either send me my items or refund me please.

I wish i read these reviews before buying from Immensus cosmetics! I purchased from the stupid shop app that doesn’t help when the store doesn’t communicate or reply back to customers! After Ive dealt with this issue im deleting the shop app for good! I received nothing from immensus! I emailed 10000 times and got no reply! So i turned to the stupid shop app to help get my money back and this stupid app that pops up every time i purchase something can’t help with order issues!!!

I now have to contact the bank to claim my refund!

I ordered 2 glitter gels as a treat. Once received realised they were nothing like their videos as I couldn't get them to go on smoothly. Doesn't matter what I tried, I used different brushes, I tried wet and dry and I tried using my finger but I can only get them to go on really bitty like cheap glitter. There is no smoothness about this product. They say any problems just email. Well they refuse to answer my email so I sent another. Still not heard anything so I direct message them on Facebook but no response. I then commented on one of their videos saying I possibly have a faulty product can I get some help please however they've deleted the comments. I received an email today from them asking for a review so I gave an honest review with one star however when I went to upload it, it refused to upload. I then edited it to three stars and it uploaded straight away!! So this is obviously a dishonest company. I did edit my review in the title to say zero stars and explained in the review that it wouldn't let me upload without changing the star rating however I doubt this review will still get published as they'll probably delete it as soon as they read it. A really disgusting way to do business.

I never received my order and have sent them messages through email, Facebook, Instagram and their online enquiry form on the website and have had no response. I have now had to contact my bank for a refund.

Completely ignores customers when something goes wrong. My order never arrived. They post on social media that all you have to do is contact them if anything happens. I did via email, via the form on their website, via social media and direct messaging. They ignored all. I know they saw them though as they blocked me from their social media. (insta and Facebook). Avoid. Had to go to bank to make a claim for my money back. They didn't reply to the bank either!
