I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. My wife and I took a day off work to attend our visa appointment arranged through them, only to find that the application form they provided was outdated, causing our submission to be rejected on the spot.
We then had to schedule another VFS appointment on our own — with no help from the agency — and even during the second attempt, the hotel and flight bookings provided by them were deemed invalid, leading to yet another rejection.
Because of their repeated mistakes, we lost two workdays, had to redo all our paperwork, and spent extra money on travel and printing. Despite clearly explaining the situation, the agency took no responsibility for their errors.
Their unprofessional handling and lack of accountability have caused us nothing but stress and unnecessary expense. I strongly do not recommend this agency to anyone seeking visa assistance
