They disable my account and will do nothing to fix it. Dont invest in a game that use them. They do nothing to help . And they dont say the reason.

Immutable Play, a rewards and quest platform built on the Immutable blockchain ecosystem. It allows users to earn Gems by completing in-game milestones and platform activities, which can be redeemed for Keys to enter weekly draws for rewards like IMX tokens, bonus Gems, and Tier Ups. The platform requires an Immutable Passport Wallet for participation and emphasizes gas-free transactions and seamless onboarding. It has expanded to include games from major web2 studios like Ubisoft, marking a significant step toward integrating traditional gaming with blockchain incentives.

First of The idea is great with games and points

But when NOTHING works
Its not a greate idea

They should close the sites thats how bad its running at the moment

Next the support you get is whorse then Ea support Eiter they ignore you 1 person just tell you to do your own support.,.... i was told to go aske the place i dident get points from they then told me they are working with Immutable to fix the problem i ask for what about my points then i was told to ask Immutable support about my Points from the game then Immutable support tell me they wont give me my points and tell me do talk to the others again

And thats how it goes on and on and on after 2 or 3 days i had +20 tickets thats how bad this place is

It shouldent be allowed to keep running itsa crime against the users and with that kind of support geezees

A warning for new users find some where else this is not worth it

Bots are actively buying and selling. I start to believe they're from IMX themselves as they're too active compared to legit traders.

I do not trust this site, so I'm selling at a big loss to these bots.
