Fed up of chasing up to book my annual service plan. I have 10 year service plan with them, my first boiler service was due in April, understand due to the pandemic they were shut and would be delayed. However, most businesses are now up and running. Called and emailed million times to chase up appointment for service but no response or answer. Poor communication and customer service results in deserved 1 star. I would avoid at all cost as there are many smaller and bigger boiler companies that would do a better job and look after their customers. Avoid impragas at all costs.

Like others I just tried to book my "free" service and found the phone line disconnected and the website down. Have e-mailed but waiting for bounce back. If the company was sold then surely the contracts were sold as well. Or did the new owners just buy the stock?

I had my boiler installed a year ago by Impra gas. when I called for the first of my 10 free services, I found out that the company is being wound up. I then called the boiler manufacture Valliant and paid for a service so I could protect my warranty. The valiant engineer arrived for the service and told me that the installation was not properly done and it is dangerous.
The only reason they get 1 star is that it is the lowest possible.

Impra Gas installed Vaillant Combi boiler in May 2019. I had 10 year service plan included. E mailed them twice to organise annual service and received standard reply saying office was closed (due to virus I presumed). Fed up with this situation having seen all the other reviews as well. They do not even deserve one star.

Impra gas fitted my boiler last year (2019) and I just found out that they have folded. They promised me a 10 year service which I have now lost. When I try to ring they just hang up, they should not be allowed to get away with treating people like this. A bunch of cowboys, people beware.

We were expecting the first of our ten year services so I went to the website and emailed customer services to book it. No response. I understand why now. Does anyone know what we can do to get the contract honoured?

I did get a good boiler and heating system for the price but now they are in administration I don't get a 10 year service plan. Anyone know how to get any money back from these crooks and liars for not giving us that?

IMPRAGAS/IMPRAGROUP/REL and now known as ROADWAYS, These dirty crooked theiving con artists owe me a lot of money, l just tried calling them again like on several occasions, they just keep hanging up on me, PEOPLE BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS TRADING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES, if any potential customers are approached by this company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a background check first, even if they say they are not the same firm or anything to do with Impragas/group, REL in Peterborough own this company and have done since November 2019, so don't let their sales guys Bull crap you with their patter, these liars and conmen have more patter than rain, l,m now looking at going and camping up outside REL HOUSE WITH PLACKARDS announcing what this company does to its customers, l think we need to get onto radio 2 and other radio stations to get the word out.

During lockdown one of their coleague contacted me as Hitachi is not paying us you need to pay directly
If you pay now we will give a discount and Hitachi said they paid the money to impra gas
Even they send me the invoice from impra gas and I was about to transfer but luckily I have just done the test transfer and realised this company is playing with me
I'm trying to contact them no one is responding

Reviews say it all. Scammed by the 10 yr service offer and now very much regret going with Impragas.
Any solutions?

I tried to claim compensation from Hitachi finance for the loss of my 10 year service agreement but was told by them that they don't cover this. I have now been told by a service engineer that the filter installed was not made by Worcester Bosch. The Impragas salesman told me that if I paid about £200 for the filter my WB guarantee would be extended from 6 years to 7. I now have written confirmation of my WB guarantee for 5 years. Engineer today also told me that the filter had never been switched on. It just gets worse......
How do companies like Impragas get away with it?

I just found out Impragas have folded. I called Vaillant, and fortunately my boiler was registered with them, so the 10 year warranty is good. I was told some have not been registered. However, like others, the 10 year service plan has been lost after only 2 services. I will now start to find out who is handling the financial shambles.

I think we should all get together and take them to task in the way we have been treated There must be something we can do to fight this , but we need to form a group There are so many people affected by this awful company . They will probably take this down . Barry

Impragas liquidated and I've been scammed out of my 10 year service plan. Joseph valente lacks integrity and should be ashamed of himself.

I have been given quotation while company was going under liquidation process which i wasn't aware of that.
Boiler installed during Lock down. Provided faulty Hive Receiver and Thermostat. Boiler is not registered with company and not received any Gas Safe Certificate.

Anyone know how to claim ?

Who do we complain to about our 10 yr service plan. If some one knows we should all do it.

So a saleman from Impragas came and gavem me a quote which i accepted in February. Agreed to have it installed 1st week in march which it was. the 10 yrs service plan was taken out approx 2 weeks after. I was later changing a bulb and there was a big hole in the wall I contacted them and they said they'd fix it end of march. They rang me day before to cancel due to covid. The company has now gone bust. I am left with a hole and a 10 yr service plan that I cannot use. I have contacted worcester to make sure the warranty is there and the product was registered... disgraceful to know that they had already gone bust when coming out to quote me

Impras Gas Group Ltd trading as Impragas (the Joseph Valente version) has sold out to the REL Group and they have now changed the named to Roadway Express Ltd at Companies House.

They don't seem to be honouring the 10 year service deal agreements and you can't get a service booked.
Meanwhile JV is denying that the company has gone under for £2m but the new directors of REL Group say they have saved jobs by a £250k investment (not that i think that will help).

I have written to them to see what they are doing or if the administrators are taking over the agreements - if it folds - any of us will be a long line of creditors it seems.

my first service was January but was told that the earliest was mid march, then no contact at all!!!

I have just found out, after 2 months of trying to contact them, that Impra Gas is no longer in business. Like all the people, whose reviews I have just read, I am disgusted with the treatment I have received from this company. Our boiler was due to be serviced in May and, like others, we were given a 10 year free service agreement, which now appears null and void. I have tried phoning and emailing them to no avail. Thank you to the person who has given advice on how to seek compensation although I am not confident in securing a positive outcome. However, I would advise everyone to try to fight for their rights as a customer. Who knows, if we all make a stand we may just get a good result.
