I bought an Ingersol rand air compressor from Tractor supply for $1700, 80 gallon big one, no delivery, had to take it myself, 500 lbs and very Top Heavy. It tipped over and damaged the pump. IR would do nothing to help! Even less than nothing. No discounts on a new pump, they quoted me $1200 for a new pump and said it was a 10 day delay for stock. I bought the same exact pump on Northern tools for $950. They don't care about their customers, only taking as much of your money as they can.

Initially was presented as an ideal company to work for but as the years passed the favoritism and the quality of the management left me with a bad experience but a good point to move forward and to be careful when choosing my next job.

I tried to enquire of a price for a part for a pump. I contacted their distributor, Raptor Supplies UK. They were REALLY unhelpful and rude, rude, rude. The online conversation went...Raptor...Do you want a RFQ? Me....What's an RFQ? Raptor...Request for a quote (How would I know that? I dont speak Pigeon English) Me..I would like a quote for a Thomas Pump AP80 full repair kit...Raptor..Share the part number...Me I guess only Thomas Pumps would know that...Raptor we only quote part numbers. Me.. I will take my business elsewhere good bye. Are you proud of that Ingersoll? Why don't you properly train your distributors to promote your products politely ????????

scam company, from other reviewer, it's not Irish at all, but an expat with a PO box to evade US taxes,
garbage products, buy a Carrier instead

This is an Irish company whoes customer service is wholly inadquate and appalling. I contacted them via email and recored deliver and they couldnt be bothered to reply. I was going to give them £4000 in tool purchases but decided to go with another competitior from USA who actually from over there were so helpfull. Why would you give your hard earned who treat British customers with utter disdain, may be they havent forgiben the Brits for the potate blight!
