Fantastic communications, always willing to help and build fantastic PCs.
Please have no doubt that these guys will go beyond the normal to help and assist you. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough. I'm over the moon happy.

Excellent customer service.i left it last minute to sort my sons birthday and they want above and beyond to build and ship the gaming computer within 4 days. Fantastic customer service!

Great price and great customers services thank you and will be using again.

My 12 yr old grandson wanted to build a gaming PC - we found Inside-Tech and their kit approach coupled with online support which helped us choose just what he needed including slightly upgraded config. It was also really helpful when we started piecing it all together and he's now so proud and happy to have built his own computer.

great customer service , couldnt thank the guys enough also getting it to me abit faster ! great packaging not a trace of anything anywhere unbelieveable performance from this pc 🤝

My son is delighted with his gaming PC! I was impressed with the company and product aesthetics and functionality. It’s also great to use refurbished tech for money savings and the environment where possible.

If you are a novice like me, be aware that the PC may have specialist protective packaging inside the unit, so you have to open up the side of the PC to remove it. This was a bit fiddly but worth it for safe transport. We bought:
“1 x Edge - Water Cooled - Refurbished Gaming PC - RTX 5060 Ti (Build Time: Standard build time 5-6 working days, Warranty: 1 years parts, 5 years labour, 30 days collect and return)”

Thanks Inside Tech 👍

The only problem with inside tech you've got to watch them with their cpu they do have a lot of old stock putting six gen processes on pcs not great despite that, people are still buying them. And you're going to have serious bottle, neck

Fast delivery, great communication, great product.

Been using for about a week now, Overall great PC that can handle anything with ease. Team responded quickly and The build/delivery time matched with what was promised on the site. Definitely recommend

The computer is very well built, with meticulous attention to detail (e.g., cabling, ventilation, etc.). The package includes adequate protection and cushioning in all critical areas. The BIOS was configured correctly, and the pre-installed Windows included all key drivers and ran smoothly out of the box. Overall, a solid 5 stars (from a former PC engineer).

Strongly recommend Inside Tech for sure!

Bought a fractal ridge mini pc and has been flawless since arrival and the customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're also very quick to get in touch with and will aid you with you're PC after delivery too. I was anxious whilst waiting for it to be built and delivered but was reassured and kept in the loop of what was happening every step of the way.

Couldn't recommend this company any more and will definitely be returning in the future for upgrades and or further help with my PC.

5/5

Great pc at great price and very fast at responding to any questions I had. Only downside was having to be patient for it to be built but definitely worth the wait

Finally decided to upgrade from a 1080ti to a Fractal North 5090 pc.
What a joy!! WoW,POE2 and Diablo 4 ultra settings running well over 250 FPS.
Cant wait to try Battlefield 6:)
Great service from start to finish and an excellent build and price.
Would fully recommend this company if you are after a new pc.
Well done.

Great service and price. The team were happy to fit an extractor fan to the rig free of charge. Arrived in good time and no issues with the product.

Easy to order and my pc is great I’m really happy with my purchase.

The PC that arrived yesterday was super sturdy and beautiful. The quality of the cable management is amazing. So far I have not experienced any issues with the PC. I would recommend buying from this company.

However, the time it took for this PC to be sent to me was way too long. It took about a week and a half for this PC to be sent.

Communication with this company is amazing, when I rung my phone someone instantly picked up and the live chat person always responded within a minute.

Overall, this company is amazing for buying a high price computer and I would 100% recommend as long as if your patient.

Bought a fractal north 9800x3d 5080 build from these guys, great looking machine and handles everything I throw at it with ease, was a really good price too. Had a minor question at the beginning which was answered instantly on the chat, item was well packaged and arrived on time as advised. Would definitely recommend these guys to others, many thanks!

This computer is a beast and even better than I expected! If you spend about 1.5 grand you'll get a rig that's hard to even push to its limit. Plenty of headroom. Also they were very quick and good at comms.

Also dont panic if the cpu cooler comes off when you remove packaging because it just magnetises back on which is a new thing for me.

Overall blown away by the most powerful and fast computer Ive ever used.

Bought a rtx 5080 ryzen 9 pc, no clue about PC’s needed jt before the weekend. They made it quick and came as advertised. 100% recommend.

Great value and service. Computer amazingly well packed inside a padded strong cardboard box all inside another larger box!
