I don't write many reviews but this HAD to be written! I spoke to a sales assistant called James, he was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and needed before even I did. He gave me a lot of information to make a very educated decision on what I wanted/needed from a computer. This is the sort of customer service people should look at and learn from! I will be shopping with this company again in the future. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic customer support, I purchased a PC for an upcoming birthday, and they built it before the order was even put through to ensure it arrived on time. Aswell as this brilliant support the company provided a free upgrade to the computer which will make a good birthday a great one. Cannot recommend this company enough good prices and brilliant support.

I used their service to build my new PC. The service is wonderful, James & Chris are kind and helpful. I'll come back for more build and I highly recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks again!

The level of expert advice, guidance and support when choosing the right configuration for my PC was excellent. James in particular was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and helped me to make the right choices for my needs.

Having taken delivery of my PC I am exteremly pleased with my purchase and I will be using Inside Tech again for future planned purchases.

Well priced, excellent advice and a friendly service. Highly highly recommended.

I found this company to be extremely helpful with their expertise and knowledge and really make sure the PC you choose is what you want and need. Their after sales service and advice is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great supplier. I bought a gaming machine with an RTX 3080 which they put together for me in just a few days despite the shortages of those graphics cards. I only roughly described what I wanted and they came up with the perfect deal. James and Chris are great guys to deal with. Their post-purchase customer support is excellent with quick responses to emailed questions and I definitely recommend Inside-Tech.

Came to Inside Tech for a bespoke PC for my clients who needed high-end systems for Simulations, not only were they the only company to meet the exact requirements that we needed, they also handled our request extremely professionally and got the system to us as quick as they possibly could.

Their phone support is quick, professional, and very knowledgeable

We will now be using Inside-Tech for all of our future builds/offerings and I cannot recommend them enough

I bought my computer over a year ago. Advice before ordering, communication, and build quality were all superb. After sales service is also excellent - I asked recently about upgrading and got fast, friendly and quick advice and ideas I hadn’t thought of!

Was referred to Inside Tech from a fellow enthusiast, and Chris did not disappoint. Very helpful in chosing the parts I needed and shipped them for next day. Great company and will happily recommend to anyone!

I found Inside-Tech randomly having always been put off by Dell and Alienware's silly prices.

Inside tech build and create the best Game / Workstations you can buy in UK, and they are reasonable prices, especially for the good support you receive from James and Chris.

They have online chat if you have any questions, and always answer instantly (The opposite to the big corporate businesses). Have 100% faith in this business and would recommend to everyone.

Chris and James are brilliant. They couldn't of been more anymore helpful. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if your unsure and you'd like to find the best option for you. The end product has been perfect as well.

The i7 based NUC set up as a Roon Core is simply excellent at a fraction of the cost of a Nucleus+
Highly recommended with simple plug and play functionality

We bought a high end gaming PC for Christmas 2020.

A great customer service experience and very good value for money.

I will be returning for all of our IT needs.

Used them 2 times now and never disappointed. Fantastic service and good value for money.

Great customer service and very helpful. Quick turn around and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Amazing company and would definitely recommend!!

I bought my 3rd mini pc from Inside-Tech 6 months ago and always been impressed by quality and value.
I ran to problems with one unit on a Sunday and sent an email to James, hoping he could give me advice on the Monday morning. I received a reply within 30 minutes followed by hours of help over the course of the Sunday afternoon/evening. Problem resolved but more importantly, this level of service is what sets Inside-Tech apart from the competition and why I will go back for my next PC.

I have used them twice, now, for 3 mini PCs. Great products, all of them - though the first two PCs were built with a different CPU to that described. I was promised explanation and some compensation, but nothing has surfaced. But both PCs are suitable for purpose.
I still went back to them for my latest project for a PC to run a Security Camera set-up - so far I am impressed with the result.

This shop is the exact type of computer shop you wana find, Chris from inside-tech sorted me out quickly and smoothly with no problems, I appreciate this type of customer service, it seems these guys are actually computer savy and not just some wana bes.

Inside tech is a excellent online store with good people behind the brand that are willing to help in what you need.

Great stuff guys

Where do I begin with Inside-Tech? This company has provided me with an excellent level of service. As someone who usually builds my own PC's, these guys have changed my mind on pre-builts.

I was struggling to find an RTX 3080 GPU in stock so contacted Inside-Tech and spoke to James. As someone with plenty of PC knowledge myself I can attest to his knowledge and building skills.

Despite the global shortage of Nvidia Ampere GPU's my PC was complete and ready for collection in just a couple of days, with superb service and communication with James frequently throughout the process.

A top tier experience all around and I would not hesitate in recommending them thanks to their level of communication and service.

Thanks to James and the team.

Fantastic guys who know their stuff and deliver to requirements. First-class and highly recommended.
