Very good first meeting without any pressure to upgrade our request for a replacement loft hatch. Workman arrived on time and completed job on his own (despite height of ceiling and weight of new hatch) and the company also ordered a longer Tee pole to help me reach the hatch door safely. Very happy with the final result.

I had an survey done which was very encouraging and made it sound like this would be a simple process and everything would be taken care of. From the point I signed up, the issues just kept coming. The asbestos survey was only booked 2 days before the fitting and I was reassured this was not going to be an issue but on the day the fitter said the asbestos surveys take a couple of weeks to have results. The work was not completed in the way I was sold, I have had to prompt the company to reduce the quote to reflect what wasn't done and still haven't heard back from the electrical company who were supposed to be fitting the lights. The actual loft looks fine but all the additional disappointment and stress has seriously undermined my enjoyment of something I was initially very excited about.
The customer service has used a lot of pleasant words to fix absolutely nothing and they have offered a 'goodwill gesture' so small that it is insulting.

Im really happy with the service from Instaloft from start to finish. The surveyor was really informative and explained things really clearly and gave me a few options to choose from, from budget to a more thorough refit. There was no pressure whatsoever, no pushy selling tactics (like id had from another company) just informative and honest. I really appreciated that. Really competitive quote too. I changed my mind about board layout and it was no problem for Dan to redo the original plan, he was very accommodating and patient, lovely guy. And so were the 2 lads that came to fit the insulation and boards. Punctual, polite and very professional. Id been dreading the upheaval and mess but I needn't have worried because they worked their socks off, were extremely careful, clean and respectful. The house was immaculate when they'd finished. Great aftercare too, there was a tiny rip in felt and they came straight out the following week to repair that, and Richard, in customer services didn't take payment for the refit till the minor rip was fixed.

My house feels so much cooler now, made such a difference during this last heatwave! The previous heatwaves upstairs was 36 degrees even at night, so unbearable. This recent heatwave that reached pretty much same temperature outside and upstairs only got to 28, so big difference. Hopefully itll keep heat inside in winter too, just as effectively.

The team arrived as planned, even texting 40 minutes ahead to confirm their arrival. They were very efficient, explaining what they would be doing and carried the work out quickly and without mess. Once they had finished, they showed me what had been done and overall I was very pleased and would recommend them to others.

Great customer service; the surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything well.
The fitter worked tirelessly all day to get it finished in one day; it was a hot day and a lot of dirt in the loft, so not a pleasant job.
Paid my invoice over the phone and my payment was processed efficiently. She also offered to email the surveyor to ask him to contact me to quote for some lining, which was very helpful of her.

Quick response to my post seeking a loft specialist to give me a quote to replace my loft hatch. Friendly, informative, helpful, not at all pushy. Found everyone professional from customer services, surveyor and workman who came to do the job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Instaloft were easy to deal with and I think they’ve done a good job.

I’m disappointed to be spammed constantly about referring them to friends for cash. I’m not interested in this and want them to stop asking me.

The storage space created is much bigger than I expected in our modest 3 bedroom semi. We are able to put so much up there: suitcases, Xmas boxes, toys, winter clothes… and that has given the rest of the house much more space.

The fitter and electrician were great. Explained what they were going to do whilst at my property. Worked really hard left no mess and showed me the work when completed

Great customer service from start to finish. Surveyor explained everything and the various options. The fitters were professional and so tidy, they left nothing behind and apart from the new loft hatch you wouldn't even know they'd been in. And finally the electrician came in to install the lights and fire detectors and again left everything spotless. Absolute pleasure having instaloft in and so glad we did. Couldn't be happier with the end product.
