Instant Tax Solutions took 2800.00 dollars from me in the beginning and they did help get the IRS off my back and did or had done a couple years of back payroll taxes but other that that they did nothing for a couple of years then said they wanted 4000 more to go foward with my case. I received no offers , no assistance on the things I was struggling with . Just waited and waited to be told they wanted more money. I do not recommend

I was targeted by a scammer that used my identity to file taxes in my name. This happens in a state that I never resided in nor visited for that matter. When I thought I couldn’t get from underneath this problem, Instant Tax services came to the rescue and helped me tremendously. I am still a client to this day and would recommend them to anyone!

Having a garnishment on my wages made it impossible to pay my bills, I needed to figure out something that was going to work with my budget. ITS got me an offer and compromise and it reduced my tax debt back in a way that isn’t detrimental to my life. I am eternally grateful for all the work instant tax solutions did on my behalf. I am so grateful for Instant Tax Solutions. I have to admit in the beginning we weren't sure what to expect, because they weren't local and we didn't know how this worked. It was the best decision we made though. The people there were so nice and knowledgeable. Rick talked us through the things we would need, and Eric did a great job helping me understand the paperwork and the process. It took some time to settle but they stayed in contact with us throughout the whole thing, and got us a great settlement that we could afford.
