I tried to book insurance for my regular yearly trip. After completing the online question I expected to get a quote to review. Instead I get the message . NO QUOTES, no information explaining why. However If I change only the date of birth in my answers to make me 1 year younger then I get quotes. I tried this several times with the same result. So my conclusion has to be this company works an age discriminatory policy and does not make this clear or explain. Very underhand. So if you are 65 or over , this company will discriminate against you. Even if like me you are in full health, non-drinker, non-smoker, athletic and probably in better health than many 20 years younger. If this is the case then the Equality Act 2010 is being breached. Under this the provider is required to at the very least "signpost" the customer to another provider who can meet their needs.
