Really good and fast service.

I had a leak from my upstairs shower that damaged my kitchen and flooring below. The loss adjuster was a very nice lady and dealt with everything quickly as I am without a functioning kitchen. She submitted the claim to integra and I have just had a text from integra to say that I will receive the money in 5 days. Am happy with my insurance and will be glad to get back to normal.

1st insurance claim i have made, after numerous calls to chase the claim for both house and contents following a burst pipe, I was told that they had failed to pick up the finalised email and transfer the money. Good job integra, sainburys may want to stop using this underwriter

To be honest we had very little, almost next to no contact with Integra, so I cannot really comment. They essentially set the wheels in motion for our claim and we had no contact from them until we received a text to say the claim was settled. My biggest issue is with the Loss Adjuster, Williams Pitt. They instructed contactors, everything was set to go ahead, we then receive an email (no phone call or apology really) to advise that they could no longer use said contractors and could offer a cash settlement. We were almost 6 months down the line here, with no tiles in the bathroom, a gaping hole in our kitchen floor and a section of ceiling missing. I did voice my disappointment only to be advised (in a virtual one line email) that Williams Pitt had 'hooked up' with another contractor and would we like them to be instructed. I declined, accepted a cash settlement and approximately 6 months later are having to find contractors to start the repairs on our home. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

It could have been a lot better , had I been kept informed about the progress of my claim. I heard nothing for weeks and began to think that I was being ignored. Eventually you sorted it out. Thank you.

The whole process took less than a week. The online form was very easy to fill and everything went smoothly after that.

Very disappointing experience
Our first insurance claim in 20 years, and sadly it was a nightmare. It took Integra over 5 months to repair and replace the broken glass in our back door after a burglary. Multiple delays, mistakes, and poor communication made an already stressful time even worse. They only agreed a settlement after repeated complaints. I wouldn’t recommend them and really hope we never have to go through this again, at least not with Integra.

The people I dealt with regarding my water leak, both in person and on the phone were very helpful and polite, and the standard of work was excellent.
But the emails and documentation were very poor. I had emails which didn't include the attachment refered to, emails that were so small I couldn't read them on my phone, and an unintelligible explanation of the costs.

Great service. First time claiming on home insurance, it was a pretty straight forward process. Friendly staff.

The company dealt with my claim very efficiently and the the work undertaken was to a very high standard. Communication was very good throughout the process and staff were very helpful.

You did not put a in to the other ins company. Who admitted it was the fault of their client. Plus the company of loss adjusters Williams Pitt they employ. Should do a complete survey and put a cost in to put everything back as it was.

Company were in contact regularly by text and by email. Really good service although turn around on 5 working days each time they need information is a bit lengthy.

From the date of submitting a claim for a substantial mains water supply leak (13,500 litres per day) under my house, it took 17 days before the leak was actually repaired. Following a catalogue of mistakes, for example, water pipe not laid to correct depth, no insulation used on point of entry to house, damage to electric cable, internal stop tap that only isolated the kitchen sink, unable to refit dishwasher due to incorrectly fitted internal pipes, it was a total of 48 days from my initial claim to get a satisfactory resolution. The whole experience has been extremely unpleasant.
Update 21st June - Following your reply have I completed a complaint form over a month ago and not heard anything from you...yet again disappointing service!
