I had an order from Amazon in January and had two tee shirts where the threading under arm pit came loose, thus leaving a hole.

There was a problem with my latest order at the carrier's end and in one day Ardie from customer services Informed me of the problem and gave me two possible solutions. I picked one and he emailed me back with confirmation this had been sorted and reshipped! Fast, transparent and effective!

I placed an order for quite a few shirts and I made an error with my shipping address. I immediately contacted their customer support thinking that I had to cancel my order. Joan was great. She reached out because one of the shirts I ordered was unfortunately out of stock and offered me a refund, store credit or a replacement shirt and I chose a replacement. I got a prompt reply back and my replacement shirt should be on it's way shortly.
