My son booked Business Class for my me and it was a great experience. The booking system was easy, Mr. Patrick, the person who helped me to find the ticket was very helpful and quick to respond.

He offered us a lot of good deals from different airlines, but we only wanted Business Class at Thai Airways. Mr. Patrick managed to find a good deal for us and we booked right away.

The ticket confirmation came to my email after couple hours. We always paid too much for business class but from now on, we will book with IOFFC.

It works very well when they get you the right flights to your preferred destinations but not so well if they offer you flights that’s are less than ideal but suggest they might be changed nearer the time. Once you’ve paid your money you have no bargaining power. In addition they usually offer you one price and once accepted they seem to offer an increased price later. This is no doubt how they work to get an extra margin. Have never travelled First with them. We worked with Dan who was quite inattentive in securing our last flights due to personal issues. Not ideal but our recent flights from the UK all ran to plan.

I’ve flown first class with this service five times now, and every experience has been flawless. The agent is always polite, responsive, and handles every booking perfectly. Everything is smooth, efficient, and professional. I couldn’t be happier — highly recommended!
