Ralph is a delight to work with, and gives a high level of service and support. This company is excellent in sourcing flights to suit your needs and always competitively priced. I have used this company more than once and Ralph has always delivered impressively. 5 stars!

They can’t be reliable on emergencies, they create accounts using your private information without consent and when there’s a mistake done from the client without knowledge (not breaking any policy) they don’t give second chances which doesn’t show good ethics or morals as a company. Deeply sad that they prefer to lose customers while charging you double the price in many things. There’s tons of fish in the sea better to go with someone who treats clients like persons.

They charge you 900$ to change a ticket when you can do it with the airline for 25$ and call it different challenging interactions.

Unethical and immoral is that your agent booked a solo trip for me and my child leaving us in the airport not able to travel and he still works at the company meanwhile I changed a ticket with the airline on an emergency because this same agent is not reliable in emergencies and you stopped doing business because you get to SCAM OTHER PEOPLE but not me.

TRUTH ALWAYS PREVAIL.

The deal turned out to be good post the fact. However the booking and payment process as well as the whole interactions leading up to the last leg of the flights were quite stressful for me. Ioffc had to book tickets waiting on me for the OTP - unusual how we make payments to travel agencies. They created an email account for me just for the booking. The airline booking was tied to that email account which I have no access. Luckily they did allow me to add my own contact details after I insisted, so I could check for the booking through airline official website. Otherwise I would be running blind until the departure date. There were no proper airline generated confirmation or tickets. The price was not especially cheap (They found Qatar for me which was more expensive than Turkish Airlines I found online. I believe Qatar is better in business class so I went for the deal by ioffc). For all the worries and no miles to earn, it is a 50/50 chance I will try again. And

ive been using IOFFC for a year+ now and have to say im really grateful to have Myles as my rep. there were a few times where I had to somewhat last min flights (fly in the next few days), and he was able to handle that, and get it booked swiftly without any problems (may require OTP for payment but that's about it). amazing service & really geod deals for business flights too
