Original contact to obtain the will was…
Original contact to obtain the will was difficult, the request then was lost and after ringing again was promised a call back which never came.
Waited further 2 weeks to find the request went to the wrong department, finally they found the will after about a month after request so the work could now commence.
The follow up work required on -boarding which again took ages and required chasing.
The actual work was done well and to time, although one document was not included in the post as specified in the email and collected. Don't use the company if you want anything quick.

I cannot thank Irwin Mitchell enough for the incredible support and representation they provided during a very emotionally challenging time. With very little notice, they stepped in and handled my son’s life or death situation with outstanding professionalism, compassion, and dedication.

I found this company to be very efficient, my witness signatures were not clear enough so they supplied another copy of my will in order to have acceptable signatures that could not be disputed when my will was presented .
There were no issues with the will it was exactly as I wanted it, I would happily recommend this company who act for Macmillan free will service,

After my fiance suffered a brain stem stroke leaving him with locked in syndrome I gave up work to take full time care of him. I have to fight for everything for him. Locked in syndrome is well know so finding someone you can talk to about your worries and get advice is hard. But with the help I had from irwin Mitchell I didn't feel alone. They supported me through some of the hardest times. I would really recommend taking up the offer of support if you are offered it
