Shameful organisation, I have raised consistent concerns about a dog and nothing is ever done. They ignore issues and don't provide any guidance

I contacted this organisation for advice or help on two lost and abandoned cats that had been at our house for almost a week. I sent images of the animals to them and reported that they were less than 6 months old and appeared to have been dumped or abandoned. We could not keep them as we have our 16 year old cat and terrier cross dog.

I explained my concern for the cats and that we had given them some food and could not find their owners locally. The response? 'Stop feeding the cats, they will go away eventually.'

You want me to be intentionally cruel to vulnerable animals to get rid of them when you are supposed to be an animal protection agency.

Needed my cats fostered had issue. Abusive on phone had to hang up. Im very thin. When I went to adopt my two angels they didnt want adopt despite my thin appearance. Size matters. Disgusting. My cats are well cared for love me to death and if I move will stay with q relative temporarily. Size matters according to them Most of my money goes to my pets disgusting. Ive had trouble keeping weight on does not reflect ability to mind cats who brought joy to my life and are big for age. Trying to get more exercise. This organisation Size matters. Need retraining

I realize they're very busy, but the experience is extremely disappointing. Tried reach through phone, online forms multiple times. Very severe case of Dog abuse and neglect, unfortunately got no help at all. Situation continues and we all need to witness it regularly.

Twice I’ve looked for their help with animals. They left 3 large hungry dogs with a tiny wooden box that wouldn’t fit a terrier in it with no floor and no fixed roof said they had shelter and because I was feeding them they had food but they wouldn’t have had food only for me! They ended up in the pound after this because the fella abandoned them! they found loving homes thanks to the pound.
Then we’ve a large stray cat population where I live I’ve neutered many myself also brought sick injured ones to the vet, I looked for help with one with an injured eye and also to help neuter some males and they walked away stating he didn’t want to be sued if they were someone’s cats because I was able to touch a little male that’s been around for 3 years, they all have issues cat flu knotted hair you can tell these are not pets, my little one came out of the house and he thought she was one of the strays and wouldn’t listen to me when I said she was my cat who’s well looked after, I asked for a lend of the trap and he refused also! Thank god we’ve a smaller cat rescue that actually cares about the welfare of cats that helped me in the end with costs and gave me a lend of the trap no problem! They do not care about animals don’t be fooled by the big rescues they do coz it’s all for show!

I was very disappointed with the service. I have been looking for a kitten for a while. Finally found one at the Carlow SPCA. Was told it was too young to be homed and I had to wait until it was 8-12weeks old. Was told it couldn't be reserved so I had to check in on it every now and then. I checked in every week for about 5 weeks. Came in on the 5th week and they told me it was reserved for someone else after they told me they could not reserve it for me. Was also told "I have a busy life and cannot remember everyone who comes in here". I went and bought the supplies to take care of the kitten just to not receive one in the end. They also said it had to be at least 8 weeks to be homed but they homed it under 6 weeks so I was given false information. It was a complete waste of my time. I could have adopted another kitten within that time and given it a great home. I was looking forward to rescuing a kitten but that whole experience has made me rethink that. I am very unhappy and I will not be going back there again.

PURE ANIMAL CRUELTY ! SHAMEFUL !PARIS WILL BE KEPT IN CAGE RATHER THAN LIVING ON 1 ACRE WITH 2 STREAMS/TREES ETC.

They are bunch of liars and don’t care about animals, I have been calling on numerous occasions about a sick cat and call the Center agent assured me that he would have a cat trap out delivered, and when I call again he denied that he did not receive a call! But every given chance they are out for donations

Stole money off me last month and then sold my card details off to multiple other brands. After taking multiple safety precautions and making claims through my bank, they got hold of my details again and keep taking money off me, despite not making any purchases with this new card. I have never made a purchase with this company.
