Bought a FUSH Nano kit and it didn’t work at the end of September. Been trying ever since to get hold of them through email and live chat to no avail. 1 str for customer service. Very disappointed

I just discovered this flavour, only to find out it’s discontinued. If you can get your hands on any, I highly recommend it. It’s a fruity and sweet, (but not too sweet) flavour, good for all day vaping

Ivanna vape are amazing, they've always been incredibly helpful and shipped orders in a timely fashion.

It's incredibly hard to find a supplier for anything you'd consider "high end" in Australia.

For such a great selection it's such a shame that almost every thing is sold out, and nothing has changed when ever I visit the site. My first order came through in a reasonably timely manner but the second order my payment wasn't even acknowledged for over a week, took almost 3 weeks to arrive.i hope those items sold out are restocked soon, if not then there are plenty of other options out there, but I wish you a successful future, I understand that you are probably just getting on your feet after closing your brick and mortar store. Ordered & received e-liquid, but they sent me the wrong products. Tried to contact via phone call, text message, fb messages and email, but no one would get back to me with this matters at all. 0% customer service, but they take your hard earned money fast. That’s about it. Stay away from this seller!

Sent me the wrong products, zero customer service, left multiple messages but get no reply or call back. They just took your money then whatever after that isn’t their problem. Highly not recommend.

Very late delivery. Was told it was due to illness/hospitalisation. Tried to cancel order, but they sent the product anyway. Products are fine. Maybe just bad timing for my first experience.
