I’ve just received a white faux geranium plant. I’m thrilled . It was an excellent delivery service, beautifully packaged and looks fantastic. Great quality and authentic looking. It will go in our summerhouse which is cold and if I put anything in there, I forget to water it!

Overpriced items for nothing special and charges you to return unwanted items!
Which turned out to be very expensive.
They can't even be bothered to respond to my email
I will not be returning!
No way to run a company.
Clearly they don't value their customers.

Lost almost £100 after returning & being refused a refund. Purchased a basket which arrived with absolutely no packaging protection, just in a cardboard box with a thin layer of paper. After returning in the same packaging with Evri, they said the basket was broken & I would not be refunded my almost £100, but I could come and collect/keep the broken basket if I wished. I could not get a refund through Evri due to photos of the damage clearly showcasing the inadequate packaging. I raised this issue with Ivy Grey Interiors, that I sent it back how it was sent to me & that I shouldn't have to buy packaging materials to get an item returned unbroken to them. They told me that I chose the wrong return postal service & that they only use Royal Mail & no refund will be issued. Funny as their FAQs page does not specify or recommend a specific courier service to ensure their items are returned unbroken despite the insufficient packaging which apparently is only suitable for Royal Mail.

I have order from Ivy grey interiors twice now and I am always so impressed with the quality. They always have such lovely new items available. I also wanted to say how refreshing it is that when I sign up for back in stock notifications (which I did for items in both my orders) the items genuinely do come back into stock and I actually receive the notification in my emails. So many companies offer this option, but I either never see the item available again or it comes back into stock but I don’t receive a notification.

My order arrived really quickly and was carefully packaged. The items are also absolutely beautiful!

I have bought several items from Ivy Grey and I am always very pleased. Great quality and speedy delivery. Recent purchase was tall bobble vase and roses. Thrilled. Ivy Grey are my go to for home accessories. I cannot recommend them enough.

I bought a few items for my partner as a little Spring gift and they went down a treat. The faux flowers are stunning and the spring ducks now have pride of place in the living room. Customer services was great when I had a couple of queries. I'll be back again. Thank you guys.

I would not recommend this brand.

I recently purchased a faux “bunch” of tulips which were described as “realistic.” On arrival, the stems were extremely thin and permanently fused together at the base with nothing realistic about them. This structural detail is not shown clearly in the product imagery nor referenced in the description. Had this been visible, I would not have purchased.

When I raised this, the response focused solely on the word “bunch” rather than addressing the construction or presentation of the item. I was advised I could return them at my own cost, despite my concern being that the item did not match the expectations created by the listing.

The business also referenced a previous order in their reply. That situation involved a damaged item they had sent, which they replaced. I found it unnecessary to bring that into this matter when they caused this issue to begin with.

Overall, the tone was dismissive, the complaint handling disappointing/rude and I now need to raise a chargeback with my bank. I would not shop here again.
