The jacket is very nice and fits perfectly. The issue, as stated in other reviews, is communication and the time it takes to get the order.

It took two months, and I got one response to my inquiries and sent multiple ones.

Just be prepared, I got what I ordered, but paln on very long time and little communication.

Quality and product was good. But long shipping time was a disappointment. One disappointed teen who did not have a gift under the tree. :(

It took two months to receive my order. I ordered it on December 4 and received it at the end of January. It was a Christmas gift, and when I finally gave it to the person, it was the wrong size. With the mistake i gave it someone else. Due to the mistake They were able to work with me and fix it. I will be ordering from them again . they had a quick response and able to help with this.

1 month for delivery + non-responsiveness to e-mail inquiring about the order. Item was needed for a Halloween 2025 costume but did not arrive until mid-November. Very poor customer service with very high price for item ordered.

On December 31, 2025, I contacted JacketsbyT about a recent order I had received from them. In no way was the problem caused by this company, but they did everything in their power to help remedy the problem. I don’t usually do reviews, but I simply felt compelled to write a review for JacketsbyT due to my extremely positive experience with them over this matter. This company has my highest regard based on their prompt attention to my email and their endless support to resolve my concern. Every correspondence was very professional, and I felt completely understood and supported. Not only are their jackets absolutely beautiful with the finest quality, but their customer support is the best I have ever had the opportunity to experience! They make you feel completely valued as a customer. I highly recommend anyone buying from JacketsbyT because you will not be disappointed! I truly appreciate their expertise and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Terrible experience! The jacket I ordered literally took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the material felt cheap and poorly made. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be ordering again!

Leon Kennedy jacket looks fantastic perfect for cosplayers and fans. Leather feels good, details are great. lining might be better for cooler weather, not freezing Ganado territory. And the iconic style might turn heads...everywhere.

I received a coat MANY months after I ordered it. It was torn. I reported it right away. Pictures and all.
FedX was the delivery service. They may have torn it. Its gone on for 6 months. Now they are blaming FEDX for not giving them their money back and offered me 50% of another coat. Which Now cost me $50 more. DO NOT DEAl with this company.

Scammers! It is now the middle of August 2024. It has been more than six (6) months and I still have not received a refund or merchandise from JacketsByT . The BBB and the States Attorney’s Office of NY have been notified. Please see below:

I have sent several emails. This is the latestI am still waiting for my refund! You cancelled my order, but failed to issues a refund for order number 35065. Please provide and expedite the refund. I have been waiting for over two months. How is that fair to me the customer? This is bad business practice.

Please, return the $161.99 and $6.48 tax you have already charged me. I am expecting a Grand Total of $168.47

Do not buy from them is a Scam!
I have been waiting for more than a month and when I ask them about my jacket they always have excuses, like there was a problem with the jacket or a problem with the carrier always something ,I know it’s an Scam so don buy nothing from them.

I ordered before Christmas received it the middle of January. Been trying to return item but not sure how ..I've sent numerous emails and no replies..so now what am I to do to get a refund. Some help/ answers would be most helpful

On 12-25-23, I ordered a matching pair of jackets for my wife and I. The order was made on their website therefore, I put the jackets on my American Express Platinum Card. Other than an emailed order confirmation I received 12-26-23, I never herd from the company. I called the number on their website and constantly got a busy signal. It was not until I opened a dispute with AMEX the week of 01-15-24, I got an email from JacketsbyT. In the email I was told if I wanted the jackets to close the dispute. My reply was as soon as I get the jackets I would close the dispute, I am not going to go back and forth, and to send me what I paid for! I never got the jackets, the dispute was found in my favor and I got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM JACKETSBYT!
