New monthly game is ridiculous, haven't had a single spin or even a penny since they launched it, game seems to just take now days

Yet again monthly bonus pick day and yet again not 1p its disgusting and not right 😕

This casino is one of the worse out there with the likes of Betway and paddy power , the free daily game is absolutely trash , you’ve spent hundreds but don’t worry here is 10p 🤣🤣 that’s if you are lucky , you should be ashamed as a company treating your customers the way you do , avoid this casino at all costs it’s absolutely awful and the pragmatic play games play like they are wrigged to the max

I am a 50 year old i paid then won they closed my account due to winning £280 they will not accept my iD because i have to take a picture of it will a bit of paper with todays date and be out side my flats holding all of it but the flats didn’t have a name or number outside so they keeping my money they should rename to Jackpot kill joy

This is the worst site for slots in the uk bar none.
Everyone says the same over and over apart from a fee paid/prompted reviews after winning.
99% of us see 0 bonuses and close to no returns.
I check my returns daily its most common every 10 pound spents youll get £1.50 or below back ive seen it be literally 0 ive seen it less than £1 very often.
Ive seen 1 bonus in a week withme doing daily spins.
Ive seen probably 50+ 2 scatter teases in that time and even the 1 scatter bonus i seen it was a retrigger.
Inspired gaming slots dont pay donr bonus best to avoid them ive seen on several accounts from several people that the rtp is abusrdly low and no bonuses within multiple games with 100s of spins.
Just avoid the hell out of em unless you enjoy watching an unholy amount of dead spins and are happy with seeing a 10% or less return on 95% of games everyday all day every week every month all year.
Scam artists.

Wins are non exsistent. You’ll pile money in with zero return avoid at all costs

Back from a weeks break deposited £20 last 2 minutes wow somethings changed used to be a brilliant site always a play for your money now just nothing. Such a shame

Just another SCAM SITE it’s actually terrible takes all your funds in seconds pays out pennies no bonuses or fun just constant losses AVOID unless you enjoy LOSING MONEY

Don’t ever go on this site the slots are shocking you will never ever get a jackpot and if you do it will always be the mini which is either £5 or £10 all you will do is constantly deposit with no return once you start putting it in chat asking them to explain why this is they will remove you I’ve actually played over £150 on a 20p slot with no win or bonus round especially cash strike and the new one lure them in they are awful don’t be taken in by this site it needs a massive overall and they need an independent adjudicator just to examine there slots because something is not right I understand it’s down to. Luck but constantly playing with no wins anywhere isn’t down to luck I’m afraid it’s down to the site scamming people

Absolute disgrace and terrible customer service. They don't like paying out and ask for verification constantly even after you have sent it, then they claim that they never receive it then start ignoring your emails. I am getting absolutely nowhere they have basically robbed me. Please do not use and close your account with them straight away as they are just total scumbags and thieves.

Waiting for withdrawal since Sunday it says payout within 24hours keep getting brushed off in chat, in payment history it says funds should be in your account which they are not I have had no reply when I email my username is john26285 I’m waiting in £510.55

** update 12th June
Avoid Jackpotjoy – Account closed, deposits and winnings withheld despite providing full proof! 1/5
I deposited using Apple Pay and requested a withdrawal on [Monday/Sunday – confirm exact date] June 2026. What followed has been one of the most frustrating and unfair experiences I’ve had with any gambling site.
After several days of chasing via live chat and emails, they sent a generic “under active review by Finance” message but refused to give any timeline. Then on 12 June they suddenly suspended and fully closed my account, claiming my documents “did not pass security checks” (ticket 11990620).
The so-called issue? A tiny name format difference:
• My account: John O’Toole
• My own debit card (used for Apple Pay): J OTOOLE (standard initials on the physical card)
I immediately sent everything they asked for — full card details, clear photos of the front and back of the card, and a bank statement clearly showing John O’Toole linked to the card. Despite this overwhelming proof that it is my genuine account and card, they still closed everything and are withholding my deposit balance and winnings.
This is completely unacceptable. They are holding onto my own money with vague excuses and zero transparency. I have escalated via Resolver and posted on AskGamblers, but the stress and financial impact after days of silence and broken promises is outrageous.
Jackpotjoy advertises fast payouts (within 24 hours) but in reality they drag things out, then close accounts on technicalities even when players provide clear evidence. UKGC rules require them to return deposits when closing accounts for verification issues — yet here I am still waiting.
Warning to everyone: Think twice before using Jackpotjoy, especially with Apple Pay. Their verification/Finance team seems more interested in holding funds than treating customers fairly. I will be taking this further with the UK Gambling Commission if my deposits are not returned immediately.

Absolutely awful.
I’ve spent around £200 on 20p spins and not one scatter.
I know it’s a luck thing but come on ffs, I just want a bit of a game.
This is by far the worst online slots I’ve ever played and I’ve played a lot.
Honestly don’t bother it’s terrible. I hope they get shut down like scammers should.

please investigate this site, how can you keep making deposit after deposit and no decent wins or bonus!!!!

Total joke deposit after deposit and nothing back just a scam won't bother depositing again Total crap

25 minutes on live chat and they don’t care! They put an offer on for free spins I did everything to get them said would have them in 72 hours not got them. Live chat have no clue and keep saying they will look into it. After 25 minutes I told them not to bother! Scammers!!

Hardly any wins and the monthly bonus play is crap never any wins especially since they have changed the game . Would not recommend site

Honest review not paid look at my old post deposit a few times never really found it good maybe a few wins but the greed got me…any how played tonite nothing seems to be skimpy when you get a bonus and the site don’t keep pausing midst a bonus all in all seems a good site

worst site going same winners all the time and when you do win which is very very rarely its pennies , so dont waste your money on here unless you are one of the few names that win everything every single day

This site is not in my opinion a site worth the time, the games I've played all have the same outcome. Lose lose and lose some more. The odd time you win something but if you play after winning even a different game you'll lose it ....

The loyalty program sucks. I deposit $200 and get s**t all for points it's pathetic.. I think it's time to say goodbye to this site and look for one that isn't so money hungry

Just like everyone else been playing for a while spent good pennys with them with no return most games you playing will win some then suddenly you will get technical error please refresh game then all the winnings you have won it takes it all back bonuses are shocking one in every £100 and then u win nothing on them shame was a good site but tbf wihuch site is good anymore.? Consider have 95% rtp still u dobgvdven get that you spend a £1 u get 2p in return lol but have closed my account now with jackpot joy because there is no joy in the app runs slow errors all the time should be called jackpot con..
