I received a call and hour before delivery which meant i didn't have to take to much time off work. The guys delivering/fitting my wardrobe were polite pleasant and did a lovely job. Taking all of their rubbish away once finished.

The delivery and building were superb. Friendly and courteous personnel.

It wasn't my choice to use them, the furniture company decided to use them. They won't respond to any texts, no webpage, no response to emails. Only able to send messages to them via the furniture company. They claim they called, and left a voice mail about my deliver - I have no voicemail so they clearly did not call. Promised delivery time was not kept. I ordered the bed over a month ago and still no sign of it ever being delivered. Will do a chargeback to the furniture company and will buy something else somewhere else.

Alexo was friendly, polite and helpful. He did a great job putting together a high sleeper, small double and bookcase, and navigated parking issues with nothing but positivity. Great service.

I had some damage to my new cot, so a replacement part was sent out for the damaged side. Kai did an amazing job at replacing this. he was quick, efficient, and really pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend him.

I ordered a Silver Cross cot and changing table for my baby at the beginning of February. Jade Home Assembly have still not delivered it. They send you a text with a date, and if you cannot make it, they send you another random date (weeks later). According to their texts my next delivery slot will be the end of April! This is JUST to deliver, not even to assemble. It's ridiculous! The communication is awful and I can't believe I paid £25 for this crappy delivery service!!!

I purchased a bed from John Lewis. Jade Assembly failed to contact me to arrange delivery and assembly. I had to chase to actually get the bed delivered and almost a month later it was delivered and assembled. Only issue now is that both the bed and MY WALL are damaged. I thought to give the assembler some space but I should have been watching them like a hawk. Jade Assembly has stated they didn’t damage the wall and Stompa the supplier have said there is nothing they can do. Do not let these people into your homes!

Fabulous company. I was kept upto date with arrival times. The furniture was built to an excellent standard. The guy was friendly & polite and professional. The rubbish was collected and the place was left immaculate. I would highly recommend this service as my experience was faultless from start to finish

Alexo arrived on time and went above and beyond to assemble our daughters high sleeper bed, he was polite, professional and friendly and left the room spotless. If anyone has ever had to assemble a piece of furniture like this knows how tricky and time consuming it can be so we were surprised that he was asked to do this on his own. Would use the service again.
