Prompt reply to my annual boiler service enquiry, confirmation email sent to confirm appointment day & time. Phoned 30mins prior to appointment to notify of arrival time.
Service engineer was a pleasant young man who provided clear diagnosis faults for us to follow up under warranty with the manufacturer.

Done a great job for my two properties by very professional and qualified engineer. Reasonable charge.

The technician came round, on time, as arranged the same day to fix the problem with my boiler. He was a polite young man, who knew exactly what to look for. He was really competent and professional, and was a very polite, well mannered young man. He fixed the issue and put everything back how it was, even tidying up after himself. I couldn't have wanted a better job. The hot water and heating came back on instantly, after being broken for over a week. And everything was working, and has been working absolutely fine since. Fantastic job, well done and thank you so much guys! Me and the Kitties appreciate it.

Emergency call out was effected in several hours. Great service and explanation by the engineer. Secretary was very helpful and friendly despite my having to change the day of visit.

The service was arranged online, in a very professional manner. The work was carried out as scheduled, and installed as required. All communication between the engineer and office staff was promptly answered, and actioned. Very good service, and value for money, would recommend this service.
