I kept asking my London-based pension provider for my P60, as needed by the taxman. Repeatedly told 'by the end of April'. This morning (19 June) my friendly post lady handed it to me. Jersey Post try to disguise the delays by being vague with dates. The letter is dated 'April 2026', the envelope is franked Jersey Post but undated. Two months to deliver a basic letter is pretty outrageous.

I sent a parcel from Jersey to Scotland on 18/05/2026.
9 days later I followed it up since it has not arrived. I was told by Jersey Post that it takes 3-5 working days.
Here I am on the 06/062026. Still unable to find out where my parcel has been for the last 19 days!! We are talking about a parcel to Scotland from Jersey not to a small island in Indonesia. I am truly disappointed with the service provided by Jersey Post and its fulfilment services just to the UK.

Item sent from UK Tue. Special Delivery Next Day before 1300hrs

Two full days between scans and it arrives locally on Fri. before noon.

I'm literally less than 100m from the Post Office.

Called them (suspecting they wouldn't even try to deliver today and I could collect it), sure enough they have no intention of delivering today, I can't collect it until the day after they attempt a 1st Delivery and have a card, and they will 'try' to deliver it Monday.

A few weeks ago I was expecting a less 'special' delivery on the Tracked48 service, which took 3weeks to complete that last 100m... apparently the postman couldn't park immediately outside so just kept leaving it on his van; an envelope weight less than a one kilo.

Utterly useless and devoid of customer service.

I had two t-shirts delivered today they were stuffed into the letterbox the bag was ripped open and t shirts all screwed up this is not the first time that T-shirts have been delivered like but at least they were in the right letterbox

Do not use this company!

A friend of mine posted some tickets through these to get to me quick, payed the extra for doing it and how they suggested and the tickets did not come in time. Went through the process of trying to get money back what it cost us and they just dismiss everything, they passed it on to fed ex who say they tried to deliver it 4 times when each time we were in and it was not delivered but they believe them over me even when fed ex say they tried my intercom and I don’t even have an intercom!

Do not use these bad customer service, as long as they get their money not bothered after that

On the 27th January 2025, I paid £16.32 for a one day special delivery item to the UK. This parcel took over 4 business days to arrive!

I cannot praise a company that does not do what it says on the tin. Please remove special delivery from Jersey Post since you cannot and do not provide this service.

So it begs the question why are you charging Jersey Customers for this premium service?

My order never arrived, apparently the tracking information I was given was for a totally different person/order yet there is no name or address provided on their tracking information to prove this, how convenient. Do not use this carrier as there is a high chance of your order vanishing into thin air!!!

Stamps are too large for postcards & had to stick it over writing. Posted them on Thursday 11th July. Still hadn't arrived to mainland UK by the following Thursday. Dreadful service.

They are rude and mid way through 2024 the post is slower than ever. When you call about slow or missing parcels they blame everyone else.
You can send something next day priority Royal Mail between England and Spain but the same service from London to Jersey takes over 5 working days.... how is that ??

Lacking empathy, rigidity
I have spent 400 pounds on 2 parcels, and one of them has medication. I have used the postcode that I was given from the hospital letters (which it works for the Amazon and any other deliveries-they delivered to me) and it was delivered to a different address. I have contacted them, the receiver returned them to the post, and I kindly asked to come with my ID to collect them. I have been denied of this, the parcels have been sent back to sender, with no entitlement to get refund. So, I lost 400 pounds because Jersey post did not allow me to go with my ID to collect them, when it is obvious it was a matter of postcode. They stick to a rigid policy and the staff is not well trained. Very rigid minds of some staff. I feel for them.

Well done, Jersey Post.

Bad business, bunch of buffoons
Parcel was posted last year in December 2023. I provided an eBay label, and my partner took it in to the counter to be told they couldn't accept that label. They had to re-do a new label manually and input all the info necessary. The post office clerk mistyped the address and stuck the new label with the wrong address on top of the old label with the right address. Raised a claim and to be told that was my partner fault for not checking the address when the post office clerk handed the parcel back to her. As if my partner had x ray vision. They didn't own up to their mistakes and made excuses after excuses. Still out of pocket. I personally would avoid jersey postal services at all costs.

I don’t understand why it’s so hard for a door bell to be pressed or a knock at the door as anyone could come and take your parcels especially if you don’t know that it’s outside on your doorstep

Jersey Mail Lost my Ebay parcel cost me £100 then blamed me for them losing my parcel.

Do not send items to Jersey from Ebay, full of thieves. I have blocked them.

Lost almost £300 sending to Jersey.

Jersey Post changed my signed customs declaration stating GIFT to their sticker stating SALES OF GOODS, which caused a fee from Danish customs. When I contact customer "service" they have no clue what is going on and explain fees for farm products (I sent clothes and toys to grandkids), then says it's due the value (not more than is allowed as gift without fee), and this keeps on and on. I got the fee for 1 package but not the other 2.

Customer service only repeats what I see on tracking, so why are they supposed to do really?

Flight took 5 days to arrive UK - probably have done couple of tour around the world, and has been 5 more days not even gone though the custom.

Everything has been linked to Covid-19 but even AliExpress can deliver before them, very useless. I hope my parcel hasn't been lost.

This is not a good shipping option.
I have tracking number: HKASBL10214609, and no updates from 15th December 2018, contact by email asking for package and they just ignore....no answer.
Bad service.
