I ordered Inbox treatment with my new boots but I have no idea whether my boots were actually treated. There was no note with the boots confirming the treatment so you are left wondering, I did email customer services but did not get a response.

Fabulous, comfy, lovely to look at and practical in icy weather with good grip.

it's hard to judge this as I haven't worn the boots I had treated very much so far and the treatment is completely without smell and you can't tell by looking at the boots that they have been treated. assuming they have, that's very good! however, the price was reasonable so I don't regret having bought it
